Booked a mini cruise to france in August and also an overnight stay at the most amazing hotel last week, both trips were out of this world, Zoe went above and beyond to make sure that both trips were perfect for us, would highly recommend booking through zoe, she's great, already have another trip booked in for January 😁

Originally had a holiday booked with on the beach, which turned into a disaster and ended up with us having no hotel! With 2 weeks to go, 3 very excited children, flights and no hotel, Zoe saved the day and found us multiple hotels to choose from within our budget. She then went above and beyond with the hotel we chose, getting in touch with them making sure everything was ready for us and the children. Would highly recommend Zoe!

She’s so helpful; from sending several holiday quotes and destinations, price comparisons, booking, checking us on to flights. She did the lot! Very trustworthy and deffo worth the stress free. Recently used Zoe through a recommendation of a friend that went to Rome earlier in the year… I must say that I was sceptical but Zoe came out trumps.
Was using a different agent but Zoe was so much more helpful and for under the price we was quoted for the same trip to Tenerife.
She even checked us in to our flights and sent me boarding passes etc.
Transfers ran smoothly and the advice she gave on excursions were excellent. Quad biking up to the volcano was the highlight.

We have booked multiple times with Zoe now, We have booked with regular companies like Tui, and have never had the experience like we get with Zoe, in-fact i will never use other companies again after such an awful experience recently.

She tailors a package to us and our children's needs and wants, She finds the bests hotels also helps with booking restaurants, trips too if you need help/ideas with that.

From the first message, to travelling to being home, she is always just the other end of the phone, and always checks in throughout the process/holiday.
(If you do need anything you don’t have to wait hours going through automated calls etc, which is a massive +)
