My Dreame Air Vacum spoilt within 3 months. Shocking for a product from a “premium brand”.

What’s worse was the after-sales service. They were constantly giving lip service that repairs are being expedited when in fact it wasn’t. I found this out when the repair report showed it took seven working days to start reviewing the problem after it was sent in.

It is either the service is awful or the product is so bad that the after-sales staff are overwhelmed. Which is worse I am not sure. But I am certainly not buying this brand again.

I’ve used robot vacuums before, so the Dreame X60 is not my first. After using it for about two weeks, unfortunately I cannot recommend it.
I find that I have to select the highest suction/power setting just to get a reasonably clean result for both vacuuming and mopping. The normal and quick modes are simply not effective enough for me.
Considering that the X60 is a premium model and the claims made about its cleaning performance, I expected much better. If you’re considering buying one, I would suggest exploring and comparing other options first.

How bad is Dreame and Dasher service that they have no customer support contact. They do not share important processes in their installation processes and their whatsapp support takes a whole day or more for 1 response. Also does not help their support answers the direct question only. Making communication a multiple days affair. I not even getting to their products yet and their customer support drives me up the wall for 1 installation request.

Terrible customer service/support - virtually non-existent. Live chat is not live at all. Takes absolutely ages to get response via WhatsApp or email. Truly hope their machines are good and work well, so I never have to contact Dreame Singapore ever again.
