Drain Doctor - Nottingham Arvostelua

After discovering we had blocked drains late on a Sunday afternoon just before Xmas, an engineer visited within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
After arriving and assessing the work involved, he quoted us a price before commencing work.
We were very pleased with the prompt response and price of the work involved.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you have drainage issues.

Absolutely brilliant service. Unblocked kitchen sink & drain in 15 minutes & offered advice on how to avoid future problems.
Worth every penny!

Very quick and helpful! Would definitely use again.

I came home from work to find the drain was blocked and had backed up and was running down my drive. I rang Drain Doctor at approximately 4pm and the very helpful telephonist kindly arranged a visit from one of their operatives for the next day. The technician arrived promptly at 8am and set straight to work. An hour later my drain was up and running and the technician gave me a detailed report on the remedy he'd carried out and details of the condition of my drain and a recommendation on how to mitigate further problems. All together an excellent service from start to finish, thank you Drain Doctor.

Brilliant service. I really appreciate that they kept in touch with me from making the appointment with updates on when the engineer could come out. Really happy with the work, cleared the blockage and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Polite and friendly.

First class service! Absolutely brilliant and so professional. Knew the problem, got equipment and sorted. Thank you so much

So far so good, drain cleared and they noticed a problem with the drain that it looks partially displaced potentially, showed me on the CCTV & advised of next steps (needs neighbours involvement). Quick service, polite professional m. Highly recommend

Excellent fast service, Two chaps who came were friendly and polite, solved the immediate problem and offered a solution, hardly any mess other than footprints, which was excellent considering the block drain manhole was inside the conservatory !

What a fantastic service. Ross was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He travelled approximately 45 mins to come and look at my job and although it was very niche and could not solve the issue he provided excellent advice and the approach I should take. I will definitely use Ross again.
