Drain Doctor - Coventry Arvostelua

Ciaran fixed a blocked pipe in 10 minutes which another plumber couldn't do in an hour. Good price too.

Great, honest service.

Very professional and knowledgeable, quick response to query and work carried out on the same day of site visit for the quote. Discussed and explored all considerations of issues, including remedial cost range of options to fit budget and personal preferences.
Was able to comfortably rule out drainage as the cause of internal floor subsidence, and was able to detect a small joint failure which needs repair consideration to future proof against any further failures.
Highly recommend Drain Doctor Coventry.

This company is outstanding. Very good service staff and the boss is also very professional and honest. Thank-you for clearing our blocked sewer.

Great service, top fella 👊

Ciaran was fantastic, professional and knowledgeable. Sort my drains, explained the issues, causes etc.

Went the extra mile so thank you. Would recommend the company 100%.

We got drain doctor in because we thought we had a serious problem with our drains the smell was unbelievable Adrian (drain doctor specialist) came out and spent well over an hour to try and locate the problem but couldn’t find anything wrong with our drains but Adrian new I had a health problem and he was determined to find where the smell was coming from he did eventually find the problem and it wasn’t the drains it was our fridge the last thing to look for but a big thanks to Adrian for all his hard work and to Tash who was so knowledgeable and professional about her job I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation thanks to all at Drain doctor

Easy process calling them and getting them to come out same day.
The engineer Charlie was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
He identified the issue and resolved it quickly and efficiently, couldn't have asked for more really.

Very professional and job was cleanly done.

Had a blocked waste drain, Drain doctor came out to flush the pipe. Ciaran was very professional, explained what he was doing, and what the problem was. Ciaran completed a comprehensive report with photos of the inside of the drain and gave recommendations. The waste drain was cleared, decided to book again to make good the pipes, requested for Ciaran to do the work, he's a good worker.

After finding ourselves in a right mess, Adrian came to the rescue.
A rapid response time from the team and he was on-site in just over an hour to help.
Throughout the entire investigation process Adrian was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He was also like a dog with a bone to figure the problem out, asking the neighbours for support/access where it's necessary and he wanted to resolve thus particularly tricky problem rather than leaving us in the lurch.
All I can say is thank you very much chief

Excellent service and quality from a very professional company Keeran the engineer was really good with explaining every step of the process and tash in the office was really good at keeping update on process including even ringing up to say engineer was running a bit late would definitely recommend

Drain Doctor Coventry have been amazing! We initially wanted a professional descale of our pipework. Ciaran came out, he was very thorough during the process, explaining what he was doing as he was going along. Very knowledgeable. He did a very thorough professional job. He was polite and friendly throughout. Unfortunately there were some underlying issues with our drainage that were subsequently found after the descaling of our pipework. Ciaran arranged to come back out in a timely manner that suited us to inspect and rectify the issue by putting a brand new drainage system insitu.
Himself & his colleague Charlie did a great job there, working together quickly and efficiently to cause as little disruption as possible. They both respected my property and took the time to clean up and left things as they found them which was very much appreciated.
A very thorough and extensive report was written after the job was complete too which was very much appreciated :)
Tash / Jess in the office were quick and responsive with emails and sending through quotes. Happy to answer any questions I had.
Would highly recommend Drain Doctor to anyone, the price and quotes were fair and reasonable.
5 star service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Thank you so much :)

Nice worker, did a great job, very recomended 😊

Rang Drain Doctor late Sunday afternoon due to a leaking bathroom pipe. Lovely lady advised over the phone that their team were all currently busy. Offered to put me on the standby list, but advised Monday morning would be more likely. Appreciated the honesty. The team arrived Monday morning as promised and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Very friendly and polite. Would definitely use their services again. 5 stars.

Used Charlie and Drain doctor for two years now, for variety of call outs. Whole team is a pleasure to deal with, professional, knowledgable and transparent. Prices are higher but for the peace of mind it has been worth it. Setting the standard that hopefully other trades will meet.

Ciaran was efficient, helpful and gave great guidance and advice on further steps that need to be taken. I would definitely use Drain Doctor again.

Very professional and helpful company, from the initial inspection to the final work being carried out. Ciaran the engineer was excellent. Turned up on time and explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner.

Ciaran did an absolutely stellar job, he was so polite and personable and very professional. Would definitely recommend cannot fault the service provided.

We used DrainDoctor to carry out a drain survey ahead of a planned extension, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. The engineer arrived on time, was polite and professional, and explained what they were doing clearly.

The CCTV survey was done efficiently, and we received a detailed report with footage, maps, and recommendations. It gave us exactly what we needed for our builder and for building control. There were no unnecessary upsells or surprises — just honest, helpful service.

If you’re planning an extension and need a drain survey done properly, DrainDoctor is a solid choice
