When I order my dragomhawk year of the sneak I was disappointed after reading some reviews about their delivery some people said it takes for ever others they don't even get it so I was scared.....well everything went well I got my machine after I make the order on May 3rd and I did get it on the 16 I live in San Antonio Texas US......I did got nervous at times butt everything went well

The WJX Hyperforce machine is my favorite machine right now for the money it’s up there with my torques will be buying another one soon since I like to use multiple machines that are the same brand and for different setups highly recommend

Pessima. Metto 1 stella perché non posso metterne zero. Ho ordinato 4 prodotti, me ne sono arrivati 2 (la macchinetta e la pelle sintetica) e dopo 1 settimana mi hanno scritto dicendo che aghi ed inchiostro ordinati, presenti sul sito, quindi disponibili e PAGATI sono esauriti. Mi hanno chiesto se voglio prodotti alternativi che peraltro non sono mai arrivati. Inoltre per avere il tracking (pagato pure quello!!!) devi scrivergli una mail altrimenti te lo scordi. I due prodotti mancanti (aghi e inchiostro) mai arrivati.
Orribile esperienza, diffidate!

Phenomenal customer service, tracking was available during the whole process and delivery was quick. I also got discounts so the purchase was very worth it.

Commande non reçue ! Soit disant livrée ( au états unis alors que je suis en France ) et aucune réponse au mail et message rien du tout … très malhonnête je ne recommande pas du tout 190€ dans le vent

That’s really bad i wait like 2 week for my package i buy like 400$ of things now i open the package and i buy nothing of that…i miss like 6-8 things on an order of 8 product!!

Always easy to navigate and purchase. Shopping can someone be a tad slow, but it is coming from China.

They told me 7 days be delivered i paid for fast delivery and yet im on week 2 with out my tattoo gun im pissed!!!

Upon trying to return the machine while having the warranty on it, they asked me to commit fraud by lying to customs that the package is worth $20 rather than $300. I told them I could not do that as that's breaking the law and I could face some serious fines or trouble. They proceeded to say they do all the time themselves so it was fine. No, I don't think commiting fraud against the government is fine.

*Edit* "If the parcel is returned with the original declared value, there may be customs duties, taxes, or handling fees involved during the return process."
Look at them still asking for me to break the law. Absurd. If you have another solution I'd like to hear it because the batteries aren't working and I purchased the warranty.

A colleague of mine ordered from this site 3 months ago, and has yet to receive his order or tracking information. They took the money real quick but no updates and no machine. I was going to recommend ordering from this site after he received his order because the prices were affordable but now it's a big thumbs down and I will let all my tattoo artists and local businesses know not to order from here...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Scam website! Placed an order and never received a confirmation email or tracking number! Contacted them through email and they have no record of the sale! Bank took the money out weeks ago and it has their name on it!
