I have nothing bad to say about dragonhawk. I've placed an order and from the begging the costumer support has been helping with everything. I even had an issue with the order I' ve made because a grip of the tattoo machine I ordered came with a defect and as I contacted them they got me a new and functional one. Always polite, always helping. Probably the best costumer service I had in all my life. 10⭐

I really enjoy my year of the horse edition machine! I came from using 700$ and up machines and when i decided to use the dragonhawk i was honestly skeptical. But now i cant see myself using anything else. The adjustable stroke has given me super smooth shading and versatility that makes my life super easy. I had recently dropped my machine super hard and they have sent me a replacement! Free of charge . I love this machine and cant wait to see the future tattoos i create with it!

Plus je lis les avis plus je me demande pourquoi j’ai commandé chez eux j’ai commandé une machine et une imprimante j’ai été débité sur mon compte dans la minute 3 jour après je n’ai toujours pas reçu de mail de confirmation ni de numéro de commande à 330€ la commande ca fait mal car je sens la carotte arriver je les contacte mais aucune réponses je ne recommanderais pas chez eux il n’y a aucun professionnalisme aucun service client et même si je reçois un jour ma machine vu le nombre d’avis de gens qui disent que leur machines ne fonctionnent pas ça commence à m’énerver les prix le choix sont attirants ? Fuyez ce site si vous ne voulez pas passer votre temps à écrire a des gens qui ne vous répondront jamais

Kurz und bündig die Qualität der Service und das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist einfach top!!!
Ich habe mich sehr lange mit anderen Anbieter beschäftigt wo ich jetzt keine Namen nennen möchte!
Aber entweder war die Qualität nicht wie versprochen und dan die ewige herum Diskussion mit den Service echt enttäuschend!!!!

The device was only used six times, and now it no longer charges. Very disappointing considering how little it was used.

I have been. Using dragonhawk products since starting my tattooing journey... Have a fold 3, fold pro year of the Snake and fold pro year of the horse limited edition machines. They are versatile enough for any type of work giving me a 2.5 to 4.5 stroke length at different hits and weights. The machine looks sleek and are a great talking point for my clients. Their range of needles are excellent with great value for larger mixed boxes. There printers, papers are also excellent quality. For synthetic skins, they also deliver good quality for great value buying the 5a4 size. Delivery is a little slow around 2 weeks, however service is reliable and products are correct. Made an order off the website and I can honestly say I didn’t have any problems the post can be slow but it is full tracked and the company send you this information very fast. The tattoo machines are a quality pice off kit. In all this company is professional and helpful thank you for your products I will be using this company in the future

My order arrived only a week after I ordered it, amazing as it had to travel internationally ⭐️. The Mast Tattoo Gun I bought is incredible, amazing ability for control and an easily adjusted to grip makes this machine amazing ⭐️. I also bought a tattoo wireless printer and whilst it prints perfectly, sometimes it is difficult to load the paper in as the printer sometimes does not pull it in properly, however this is not at all hard to fix. Overall great products, I would definitely recommend them and definitely buy from Dragon Hawk again!
