DPF CLEAN TEAM Arvostelua

I am so so impressed by DPF Clean Team. After going round the houses with various so called DPF specialists trying to find out what was wrong with my DPF we finally removed it and sent it to DPF Clean Team. I dealt with Nicola throughout who was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. It was collected the day after arranging it. Ultimately it was found to be cracked, I received a full report with photos but there was no pressure to buy a replacement from them. It is now being returned for the cost of postage. I am so very impressed and grateful for their service. Thank you Nicola and team! Helen

OH MY GOD!!… what an amazing team right through from the sales to aftercare team! Absolutely fantastic customer service!
I genuinely can’t thank the team enough. Karolina in the sales team, Igor the mechanic and Janine. You guys have been absolutely amazing it was so refreshing to have above & beyond customer service.
Would definitely recommend and use you guys amazing

Although couldn't fix mine the service and communication was totally second to none highly recommended

I cannot thank the lads from DPF DR enough for their amazing kindness when I unfortunately broke down in kingkerswell they were so helpful trying to assist me without any thought of themselves. I was unfortunately stuck for 22HOURS due to the RAC Their kindness and support was so much appreciated and I want to thank you both again.Sorry I didn’t get your name but the telephone number begins with 07846 16——— Thanks so much.

I can not praise Scott and his team enough! I rang them after my car went into limp mode with a blocked DPF. Rather than pay a main dealer who quoted £1400.00 for a replacement I removed the DPF myself thanks to a YouTube video. I received a call from Terry asking if the unit was ready for collection and would a 24 hour turn around be ok! The next day Adam called me to say it was on route with concise instructions on what to do once refitted. I’m more than happy to say my car is now back to its best at a fraction of the cost. I can not praise DPF clean team enough for the service I received. Thank you

Used them time and time again. Always great service

John

DPF fitted, all good so far.
Will see how the elements affect it over time.

First time using these guys. All communications polite and punctual. Excellent introductory offer price and best of all, service appears to have been successful. Only refitted DPF back onto vehicle yesterday but all live data seems excellent. Will certainly use again when needed.

Fabulous service from initial enquiry to arranging a clean and the speed of turn around was also impressive as this was for an engineers vehicle it was crucial to get him back on the road asap. Adam did his best to ensure we were sorted without a hitch, gave me all the possible costings before me giving him the go ahead and kept me in the loop of what i needed to do my end too. He even made me a cuppa whilst i waited. We will definitely be using you from now on for all of our works vehicles. Well done to Adam, Wendy and all @ DPF Clean Team Hinckley. An absolute pleasure to do business with!
