Amazing experience. Called them a couple of weeks before our move, they gave us a fair rate and we texted confirmation. They went above and beyond to move all our stuff safely and as quickly as humanly possible. The apartment buildings were not easy to move in and out of (either long corridors to the moving dock or parking on the street to an older building with double doors). They did everything so efficiently and with grace. They even helped us pick up some of our other boxes that had arrived. 1000% recommend. Will be using them again when we move.

Alex and his crew were great!

They have moved me twice in the past 4 months, and they are the best of the best. Best rate and kindest people!! Both moves were in DC. For the first move, I was moving in with someone, from one apartment in Logan Circle and the other in Shaw into an apartment in Shaw. With 3 guys, they got it all moved in under 3 hours. The second move was Shaw to Capitol Hill. With 2 guys, they did it in under 3 hours, with the place in Capitol Hill having extremely narrow stairways. I have been so pleased with them, and I am so incredibly grateful for how seamless they made both moves. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough!!!

For a long distance (or short distance) move these guys are great. We moved from the Baltimore area to Philadelphia. Reliable, on time, careful, hard working and priced right. They were incredibly careful wrapping things and very detail oriented. I thought they did a terrific job and would highly recommend them.

Alexander and his team were incredible throughout my whole move from Baltimore to Philadelphia! The logistics for setting up the move date were quick and efficient, they took extra care to make sure all of my furniture, artwork, etc. was handled carefully, and they were able to get everything loaded and unloaded/assembled quickly, all at a very good price. I would highly recommend them for long-distance moves and would definitely contact them again for future moves!

Best and Cheap Movers were awesome. Recently hired them for a move from a row home to a single family home. Alex, Saul, Rodrigo and Tim were really careful with all of our furniture (navigated several flights of stairs and tight corners) and efficient in packing the truck and unloading it. Alex and the team communicated with us often to make sure all furniture and boxes were placed in the right rooms and places. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to move!

The guys from Best and Cheap Movers were awesome! Alex, Tim, and Rodrigo did our move. These guys were all very strong and capable (Tim is an ultra endurance athlete). Alex asked a lot of good questions and they were considerate in how they moved furniture into the truck and back out to the new house. For example, in moving the peloton, Alex suggested he remove the screen/monitor to prevent any damage. They disassembled items where necessary and reassembled at the new place. The price was very reasonable (cheaper than other quotes we received). They worked about 9 hours on the move with a short lunch break to move our entire 3 BDR house with 10+ years of accumulated stuff. There was no damage to any items or furniture, no walls or floors were scratched. My wife and I were very happy with the move, their work ethic, their attention to detail (such as wrapping all the nice furniture in furniture blankets and remembering where many of the boxes or items came from). In the unpacking, they asked us where we wanted each box or piece of furniture and delivered it all to the directed location. The guys were polite, professional, and got the job done with minimal input needed from us. I would definitely use these guys again. Alex is a pro!
