Excellent support from Maddie via Live Chat and resubmitted the booklet having 'deleted and overtyped' the two sections where the 'text' was clearly a different 'shade' to the remainder of the booklet. Submitted revised copy via WeTransfer and was delighted with speed of response but . . . Doxzoo re-used the 'original' file and NOT the re-submitted file so type errors were just 'repeated' on the replaced booklets.

Unfortunately, the issue in question was caused by fonts not being properly embedded within the artwork file supplied. As advised at the time, this can sometimes cause sections of text to appear in different shades or print incorrectly when processed for production.
The replacement order was printed using the revised file that was received; however, as the font embedding issue remained within the artwork itself, the same result was reproduced on the reprint. We would always recommend exporting files as a high-quality PDF with all fonts embedded before upload to avoid this issue occurring.
If you would like, our team would still be happy to take another look at the file with you and advise on the best export settings before placing any future orders.

I have ordered many products from Doxzoo, they always arrive on time and the products are to a very high standard.
I most recently had an issue with the courier who was delivering my products, I raised this with the Doxzoo support team who were extremely helpful and got the issue sorted swiftly. I received my products the next day (shout out to Maddy).

I love the fact that I don't have to spend time gathering up printed material and posting it to clients myself...I upload the artwork, specify print sizes, amounts and delivery details and it's all sorted by Doxzoo.

Lovely book, delivered late.
The book is very good and it was printed promptly as I requested. The website is not simple but it's reasonably user friendly. Doxzoo were let down by Royal Mail who delivered a day late. They said that when Royal Mail quote tracked 48 it can take 72 hours, (welcome to 21st century customer saervice!) However I paid for nominated day delivery so that didn't work for me at all.

Once again badly let down by Doxzoo, item dispatched by Doxzoo yet Royal mail denying they have received it. Event ruined due to non delivery of critical prints that took a week to make. Try Solarpress or Vistaprint instead.
