Great product only let down by the delivery. Was delivered into a stranger’s recycle bin. On bin day. But the customer service was brilliant and sorted a quick replacement. Will be a repeat customer as a result!

My father recently passed away, and I wanted to create a book for my children so they would always have something to remember their Grandad by. It was a very personal project and something that meant a great deal to me.

I'd never created a book before and had no idea where to start, but Doxzoo made the whole process incredibly simple. The instructions were clear, easy to follow, and the ordering process was straightforward from beginning to end. The pricing was also excellent.

When the book arrived, I was genuinely amazed by the quality. The print finish, paper, and overall presentation exceeded my expectations. It honestly looks and feels like something you could buy from a bookshop.

Timing was especially important to me, as I wanted the book printed before my Dad's funeral. Doxzoo delivered it much faster than I expected, which took a huge weight off my shoulders during a difficult time.

One feature I particularly appreciated was the email confirmation after placing my order, which clearly explained how long I had to make any changes before the order became final. Because of this, I spotted a mistake I'd missed during my final checks and corrected it in time. The book arrived exactly as intended and completely error-free, which gave me great peace of mind.

Once you accept that you made need to amend your document to fit inside of the page margins, the process is intuitive. The end product is well worth the effort.

Great service book looks great
However if I can suggest something it would be useful to have a check list of basic things to consider like page number which I forgot to add :( .
Also page format , I forgot to edit mine in book view and margins are to big .
