Unfortunately my sign arrived with the word letter spacing a bit wrong. I contacted Dope Neons and was assured that it would be put right. Within a short time another sign was despached and arrived. Over the moon with my sign and thanks for tremendous service everyone.

Great product, speed of service was great too considering each one is custom made. Only thing I would like to see is a larger version, perhaps twice the size of their largest. My sign is on 5 days a week for 11 or 12 hrs a day and displays well. I would also like to see a colour changing option.
Overall a great quality product and service. I would definitely recommend to others.

Was initially very pleased with my sign but after a short period of time (30 mins) it failed. I reported the issue and was promptly replied to. I supplied a video as evidence. I received a response to say that a replacement would be sent but it was placed in a queue. Surely this should have gone to the front of the queue. I wanted this for my son's birthday, it looks like it will not be ready. I have requested feedback on the replacement but no longer receiving anything.
dated: 25/05/21 - I have now received my replacement and I'm happy with the product. Customer Services have dealt with the issue and it is now closed. Overall, I am happy with the result but due to the distances between product and end delivery, there is always going to be a slight delay.

Just received bar sign for outdoor man cave.
Excellent service & product considering the present situation that we find ourselves in. My only regret is that I should have ordered the bigger size

Love the signs ordered one for myself ordered one for some friends. Quality is is excellent. Only drawback is is the time it takes to receive. Both took about a month to come in. Over all very happy with the product.
