Waited a good while for delivery. Though in fairness it is far away from Belfast. Updated every single step of the way and absolutely delighted with the product and price would definitely buy again thankyou.

Ordered sign and paid extra to jump the queue in production, and it was produced very quickly according to their tracking site.
Trouble is that it's been "in transit" since 20th December, still no word on delivery on 27th.
Supposed to be delivered before Christmas.

Received the sign and it did not work.
Customer service was very good though and we have received a replacement which works very well so have upgraded my review from 1 star to 3.

Ordered my Neon sign on the 5th October 2021.....its now 26th and my sign has just been delivered today. Took longer then I expected but all's good now and I'm delighted with my new sign.
All I have to do now is get my bar open 😃

I’ve bought 2 products on separate occasions from this company and both times the service has been great. The product range keeps expanding and there is something for everyone at prices which are very reasonable for such high quality items. Being able to power them by usb means that it’s possible to take advantage of mains sockets with separate usb and not need the plug adapter, and they’re so light they hang easily from suction cups on windows.

Regarding the purchase and delivery process itself the communication is great at every step and inspires confidence. I’m sure I’ll use the company again in the future as the products make me smile every time I use them.
