No Viewing!

Thursday. Called to make a viewing on Saturday.
Told I would get an email to confirm.
Friday. Called to get the viewing, told they were waiting for the vendor to get back to them.
Saturday. Still no contact from Doorsteps. Sat outside the property and called both numbers for Doorsteps (says on their board they are 24/7). No reply. So no viewing. Not very good service FOR THE VENDORS. And I would really have liked to see it. You could have contacted me even if it was just to say you could not arrange the viewing.

Arranged a house viewing with Ammar. They were well spoken, the process was quick, and i have no complaints.

Not bad, not great

Really good for the sale of the flat, cheap and easy enough to use. The main problem is that they then recommended their ‘partner’ company PCs legal for our purchase who were dreadful. They also messed up our searches which led to a frantic couple of weeks towards the end of the process so not ideal.

Started off really well.

Started off really well.
However once they have had payment, the quality of care are communication goes downhill.

We payed for the full package, yet when we asked them to provide us with the photos, they wouldnt send them.
After weeks we gave up and chose a different route.

Communication is terrible and dont do what they promise.

Ammar was very helpful

Ammar was very helpful! Kind, clear & informative. He booked my viewing quickly, and then clearly explained to me that I need to wait for confirmation from the vendor on email.

I would just like to thank evans

I would just like to thank evans for all his help and patience with my phone call , I have used doorsteps to sell my previous property and was happy with the service and the help and advice I was given. I always recommend your company and your colleagues as this is a great online estate agents xxxxx
