Holiday home

I found a property I was interested in and sent an email on a Sunday, not expecting to hear back until the Monday at the earliest, but Paola very kindly came back to me really quickly with everything I needed to know and with additional useful information that hadn't even occurred to me to ask. Fast and professional service. Thank you. Very impressed.

Paola was proactive and helpful

Paola was proactive and helpful. My initial call was disconnected before I had a chance to leave my number and Paola took the initiative to call me back right away on the number I had used. She then dealt with my enquiry efficiently and speedily.

No Service

Apart from putting my property on Rightmove they did nothing else. Don't expect any follow-up help.
My wife phoned to make a complaint to an adviser who then wrote a positive review on Trustpilot mentioning my wife's name. It seems all the excellent one line reviews are written by Doorsteps themselves.

Helpful staff

Ammar is very helpful, I just wish the process with contacting the vendors was more phonecall related rather than waiting for emails

Helpful

Dennis was really helpful in finding out all of the information I needed. He was also honest with the information he didn't know but ensured me he would find out and email me when he knew.
