Finding doors is stressful, I never had to buy doors before so finding a place with nice doors and trust was hard until I seen door station , they try help anyway the can , have a great selection of doors , delivery is very quick and doors look great once up x

We ordered a bespoke size internal door, the ordering process was fairly straightforward (just need to be good with your own measurements) and the team were very responsive to answer any queries I had.

My only gripe (and the reason why I didn’t give 5 stars) was that even though we ordered in April, the order wasn’t available until October. Again, the team were very quick to respond when I was pestering about when it’d arrive and I appreciate that they couldn’t do anything about the conflict in the Red Sea, which meant a detour for the container that our door was on, but when I ordered I thought the door would be made on site in Deeside and would be ready within a few weeks. My fault for not checking before I ordered.

Collection was straightforward.

All in all, great service and pleasant, responsive service from the team.

I rang asking for a specific door thickness for double glazing in hardwood which I had spent a lot of grime searching the internet. Within a few minutes Door Station came back with an ideal door which arrived in a few days. Excellent service and excellent door. Great price too. Thanks.

I ordered an unusually sized door which was supposed to be in stock and available in 2-4 days. It actually took 8. However the staff were responsive and helpful and the product seemed to be good quality

We had been looking for a door with windows the correct size, to match an existing glass set, I received detailed response to my email request, luckily the sizes were perfect, so the order was placed, and the door quickly received.
My only negative comment regarding the door manufacture- as this was an primed unglazed door supplied with beading ( perfectly cut to size and nicely primed ) this temporally fixed into place with a far too longer brad nail, these prooved a nightmare to remove! Almost impossible to remove without damaging the beading,

Excellent product but arrived 2 months late with no communication with only me finding out when I chased them.

After purchasing delivery confirmation is too slow. Customer phone calls reply is too slow if when they do respond. I do not understand why it takes a week to confirmed delivery date. After payment has been made.
I love the doors but if you are in a rush please make purchases elsewhere.
I spoke to one of the manager’s named Dan he seam to be more proactive the only thing when you ring and ask to speak to him it doesn’t happen

I ordered made to measure doors from door station with an 18 week lead time. They took slightly longer but they have kept me informed throughout- which was great.

Superbly well-made bespoke door. Excellent customer service. A long wait for delivery because of pirates (which makes a great story to tell our friends) but the product was worth the wait!

Ordering process went very smoothly, all my queries were answered incredibly quickly by Dan and colleagues.
After the predicted lead time (while the door was made to my sizes), sure enough a beautiful door arrived.

I will have no hesitation to order future doors etc that we need, from them.

Ordered a custom door back in April with drawings approved by myself April 15th. I have waited the approximate lead time of ~20 weeks and I have received no communications as to when I may receive my door.

I have phoned the contact number on the website 3 times and been promised that I will receive a call back. No one has called me back in weeks now. The receptionist refuses to do anything other than leave a message. Not a single person is available in the office alledgedly, no managers or supervisors. I suggested I was happy to wait for someone to be available, only to be told it will be hours before someone is free. I suggested that I may want a refund for the door that they wont tell me when I will receive, but he couldnt do that for me either. Instead, he will take a message and someone will call me back.

All I want is an indication of when I will receive my door. Another 5 weeks? Thats fine, just tell me!!!!

Absolutely shocking experience with their customer service, would not recommend in the slightest. Still do not have my door. Appreciate the lead time was approximate, but that period is now passed and I would like another approximate lead time.

Edit: Received an apologetic response from Dan via the live chat. For future customers of Door Station, use Live Chat rather than phoning them. I usually go by the rule that speaking to a person is more helpful than a chatbot, but in this instance it seems to be the other way around!

From the point of order online to the delivery directly from the factory this company delivers a first rate experience. Simply first rate.
