Door Station Arvostelua 

Can't rate Door station enough, we had some issues with the manufactured element of our doors which was unfortunate, but how Door Station have dealt with it has been so reassuring, pro active, communicative and positive that I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Brilliant service! my doors were dispatched swiftly and delivered with care. I really appreciated the ability to track the progress of the delivery vehicle.

So easy to order and doors I wanted was not in stock an awaiting delivery...so Dan kindly gave me 2 other doors which were s bit more money...delivery was good too...would recommend to anyone x

Ordered 3 x made to measure doors. Bit of a wait ‘21 weeks’ (Thought the advertised lead delivery time was wrong - it wasn’t), however worth it in the end.

Within a few days of placing the order, I received the design diagrams (Again I thought they would simply cut / shave a set of doors to my specifications - wrong again, as the doors were actually made to the exact measurements ensuring all aspects of the door were symmetrical - hence the delay).

All in all I would be happy to purchase more doors in the future.

I had to have made to measure doors so had to wait for them to be made but not as long as I thought. The service was excellent from start to finish with Matt and Dan who were extremely helpful and always kept me updated. The doors were delivered on time and I could track the order and when they came they were excellent quality.

I know there’s a lead time for custom made but 6 months is a joke really

Doors were good well wrapped and delivered as advised. But no actual delivery info from courier so doors were left outside garage in rain. Not ideal but no problem this delivery

My order was unfortunately missing hinges and the door i ordered was not sized as per the website.
Good quality product though and customer services resolved issues promptly.

Had a number of doors delivered, but the factory pre-finish isn't what we expected or matching to our existing doors. I contacted Doorstation several times to arrange a return & it is disappointing that it is very difficult to speak to anyone directly, calls are either not answered or go to an answering service that takes a message. Communication seems inevitably to be by email. Despite some initial confusion in arranging the return, Dan has worked to engineer a resolution with the manufacturers & hopefully this will resolve the problem.

The door is great the size is as ordered.it took a very long time to arrive but i appreciate you are popular hence very busy.
i ordered n oak door, the door received is veneered my only disappointment.
other than that very happy.

Easy to deal with, very efficient !!!

Delivery driver was very slightly later than scheduled, but very apologetic & courteous. He assisted with unload and carry to the house (the fire doors are a little weighty).
Doors look really well finished, but not installed at the time of writing this.
