No Refund Issued - Our Experience with GMC
We hired this company to help resolve our Google Merchant Center issues after being told the process would be “straightforward” and should take around 1–2 weeks. Instead, it turned into nearly three months of recurring problems and outright blaming us, for example, communication was done via Whatsapp on both ends but suddenly after we asked for a refund, we " violated communication protocols". We followed the requested changes extensively to the point where our website had completely changed as well as bearing additional costs of setting up new phone numbers and domains, yet we were told that we did not adhere to their requests. In our view, the explanations changed over time and did not match the communications we had.
The explanations we received did not justify the lack of results. The whole experience was disorganised and we of course did not get a refund. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this agency. You would likely be better off finding a competent independent freelancer or specialist who can give you clearer communication, faster execution, and actual accountability. This review is reflects our personal experience and opinion based on our interactions with this company.
