Brand Rep is the worst company I have delt with. I tried calling Google to fix my location dot on my Google Business page and was routed to there company. The were quick to take my money but slow to do any work. It was a lot of playing phone tag and bouncing from Rep to Rep. No one keeping accurate notes It took them 3 weeks to do any work on my account and when finally did they just worked on the home page and copy and pasted the info from my other webpages already created. which took less then 2 hours to complete and then said i would be locked into a 6 month contract. at $350 per month. While doing jack on my sight and came up with some BS smoke and mirrors sales pitch. and if I wanted to cancel it was $500.. I lost about $1000 which now my bank is disputing the charges on. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I had their service less than 30 days and was completely hosed in the process.

I reached out to them a few weeks ago to get my company back on Google. Needed a new website. Needed help all around. These guys came in and started getting to work right away! Their prices are super fair for the service you get!

I really appreciated the patience Adam Ayers had with my account. He waited several months before I was able to finally comment to using BrandRep. Initially Christian Lopez was the missing piece in the puzzle for me to sign with BrandRep. So, as for the sales team they were great at the start. Then came the real problem, once BrandRep had my money, personalities changed. I have reached out to Christian to pay BrandRep additional moneys for websites pages we have discussed, he would call back for the money. The account rep Angie seemed to be annoyed talking with me about layout and design even though the landing page looks good but missing information. I haven’t received my account information. No sign in, no calls, no nothing! The two star was from the initial sales process which I think is great but afterwards -5 star service. This isn’t what I pay for. Now, BrandRep is sending interest parties to a website that’s not designed for customers. It is my old portfolio site from a college assignment not designed for conversion. The landing page isn’t running but I’m paying for all of this confusion. Last night I had to change the images on Google My Business page because it had images from my college assignment not my current business images. No follow up within the last week, I wouldn’t want to bother Angie after my last conversation with her. So, this is my story now of BrandRep.

They are charging us way too much money for doing nothing. After I canceled my subscription they've yet to refund me the money they owed me. Also my website that I brought over that was brand new that they were supposed to be maintaining got deleted after I canceled. And they said it's not them the new it and the company was supporting the website both said they deleted the IP address of the new website my SEO website! They I sent multiple emails phone calls threatening and asking what's going on nobody ever gets back to me and they just say it's not us we don't know what's going on we'll call you back and they never do!

I trusted this company. Before using it make sure everything is clear. I was never told after I was done using its digital marketing I will no longer have my website. I was never told I needed to pay for a hosting domain to continue. I was told I will always have my website even after done using this company. Also be careful their fine print is to protect them. You wont be able to get your money back . This is a scam .

I looked for this company to help me with my google business account verification and they never helped me, I had to do it myself. I gave them access to my organic website and waiting for them to help me, instead they erased my website and blocked me from accessing it. They never answered my phone calls and it would be a different person every time. They took my access to website and accounts and never called me back. They took my website and added their company name, 10 years of work down the drain.

Worst experience ever overpriced and didnt do what they said they would do ! Basically scammed me and in the process lost all my reviews stay away from this company couldn't get in touch with customer service and people were rude

I’ve been with BrandRep for over 5 yrs. I’m really happy with everything this do. They have different package/level to customize what you need. Their designer and content people cod a great job. As a business owner out sourcing was the best decision.
I just email or call customer service concern’s and respond and resolve issues quickly. 👍

Worst experience never did any of the Marketing. They said they would made me a half assed website, then took the website down after cancellation when I paid to keep my website, even after deciding to end the contract.

I spent months trying to restore my account with Google with no luck! This group took it over and were persistent with the process and actually helped me repair some of Google’s requirements on the spot that I would otherwise not have been able to do! I was super impressed!
