Just bought cctv from Domar
Just bought cctv from Domar. Had 1 or 2 problems setting it up but all was sorted out by email. Now all going well and very pleased.

Camera lost
I had been experiencing camera loss and a number of other issues with my NVR and connection to the Bit Vision App. I tried to get my camera's back online without success, after trying to reconnect my cameras I finally gave up and decided to call Domar customer support. I spoke to Christopher who was extremely helpful when I brought my CCTV system and needed help setting up. Christopher is very polite and helpful and very quickly sorted out my problems. I'm pleased that all is well and I've no more cameras loss. Thank you Christopher. Domar Solutions products are top quality and their after sales service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to install CCTV.

Very efficient company
Very efficient company. I've ordered products from Dorma Solutions a few times and and the next day delivery is next day. Customer service are very helpful. The products they sell are very good quality cctv kits. Easy to install. When I had a issue with getting online, the support team knew their stuff, so within minutes It was up and running.
I must say, a great company. Thanks guys. 👍🏾

Excellent after sales service
I lost all four of my camera's from my NVR and after trying over several days to get them back decided to call Domar customer support for help. I spoke to a gentleman called Christopher who was very polite and helpful and quickly sorted out my problem. Domar Solutions products are top quality and their after sales service is excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to install CCTV.

Home security camera system
I had some trouble setting up the apps for the system, but a couple of phone calls sorted this.
I also had trouble with wireless connection, but with another call I had a different aerials sent out and all working.
I would recommend domar for home security cameras

Building a Home CCTV System with NVR
Have built up a bespoke cctv system with NVR over a period of time. Items that have been purchased have been of good quality and price. Have had to use the online support several times and found them very efficient in knowledge and in speed of response.

Great system and service
The NVR and camera kit was delivered very promptly. The 5Mp cameras are amazing day or night. The requests for support were answered extremely promptly. The instruction book is adequate for someone with reasonable IT experience but would benefit from being more explicit, it makes assumptions about the users understanding. Once set up the system and BitVision app is very impressive. I plan to buy a second system.
