Xi'an and Datong
I came across Mr.Hansong in a Facebook group and reached out to him to help arrange two guides; one in Xi’an and another in Datong. As we were travelling in a group of six, I felt that the most convenient option was to hire a driver to bring us to all the attractions, along with an English-speaking tour guide during our stay in Xi’an.
We truly appreciate his attentive service and his quick responses to all our questions. Every arrangement, from the hotel to the attractions and back, was smooth and well organised. We could not find any flaws in his service. His rates were the most affordable among all the quotes I received for a 7-seater car, which we are very grateful for.

Very professional service
The whole experience is amazing, from prebooking up to post booking. Hansong is very responsive and very quick to reply, I feel that he made the trip stress free, especially after having bad experience with another irresponsible, rude, unprofessional operator. Even after holiday, I still reached out to him asking help for my wechat issue, he was still very responsive and his communication is fantastic, something that I find a bit hard to find when you deal with local tour operators. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to use his service to make your trip stress free.

Great guides!
We’ve used two of the purchased guides Shanghai and Beijing. Trustworth seller and the guides are really well done. I would also offer a version without so many colors as it was difficult to print.
Highly recommended !

We recently visitedExceptional Service from Dolphin Union – Highly Recommended for Beijing Visitors! Beijing and used…
We recently visited Beijing and used Dolphin Union to organize our trip to the Great Wall of China and a separate transfer to Universal Beijing. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free – all thanks to our fantastic organizer, Hansong.
Hansong was incredibly responsive and easy to contact via multiple platforms, including WeChat, which made communication seamless. When unexpected weather changes affected our Great Wall plans, he went above and beyond to offer alternative options and ensure our trip still went ahead. His dedication to making our experience enjoyable was clear throughout.
What really stood out was the efficiency of the entire process. Hansong provided all the necessary details about our drivers and their vehicles in a group chat, which made everything feel organized and reassuring. He even checked in with us during the day to make sure everything was going smoothly.
The service was not only friendly and professional but also very reasonably priced. We felt well taken care of and appreciated the personal touch Hansong brought to the experience.
I would highly recommend Dolphin Union to anyone visiting Beijing. Whether you're planning a trip to iconic landmarks or theme parks, Hansong and his team will make sure it's a memorable and hassle-free experience.

I bought three of their travel guides
I bought three of their travel guides. They are excellent not only do they describe in details a large number of the best things to see and do. They also describe how best to book. Another feature I find very useful is the detailed explanation of practical things like how to download and install payment app, apps for hotels trains and more.
Really recommendable.

Your message just made our office do a spontaneous 'Guidebook Happy Dance' 💃 (yes, it involves shuffling with maps as tambourines).
We totally get the FB info chaos — that’s why we secretly trained our writers with ‘Ninja-Level Fact Checking’ 🥷 before letting them near dim sum shops.
Hansong Li says ‘Xièxie nǐ!’ and promises to keep the next guides ‘so accurate, even your taxi driver will nod approvingly’ 🚖💨
Shanghai conquered? Beijing/Chéngdù/Tókyō is calling… 😉
Impresionante trabajo !
