Tracking is not working, shows that the package has been in my country for 3 weeks... Looks like scam

worst company to buy clothes. i bought and pair of pants in size S and dolci lusso sent me size M. I contatcted dolci lusso regarding this matter and dolci lusso responded back saying returnd the item and you'll get 50% back for order not meeting the expectations. i do have an email receipt that proof that i bought size S. worst company ever do not buy at dolci lusso. It's a SCAM company

Comperato (sono un Pirla) due calzoni uomo slim fit senza pieghe da uomo; visti su FB sembravano molto belli sia visivamente che come materiale.
Quando sono arrivati pensavo fossero stracci per pulire la macchina (La Giulia con quelli stracci non la pulisco).
Taglia sbagliata....ci entravano tre persone.

Contattato il support center che mi ha scoraggiato a fare reso perché avrei dovuto spedire a mie spese negli Usa.
Ho accettato il rimborso del 25% della spesa tenendo gli stracci (i calzoni sorry) che mi dovrebbero riaccreditare sulla carta.

Morale della favola....non buttate i soldi...lo ha già fatto un Pirla prima di Voi (Io me medesimo).

Die Artikel entsprechen nicht der Beschreibung. Die sehen aus wie Second-Hand Artikel. Die Artikel kommen mit überklebten Rücksende-Label anderer Besteller an.
Die Rücknahme wird aber trotz Reklamation verweigert und mit hohen Versandkosten nach USA gedroht, aber die Ware kam aus Dreieich in Deutschland.
Es ist im Grunde Betrug was hier stattfindet.
Zuvor versuchen die mit 15,30,50 und dann 60% Erlass zu locken, aber wenn man nicht darauf eingeht zweifeln sie an der Reklamation !
Vorsicht alles reine Abzocke mit Retoureware!!!

Terrible quality. Cheap cloth from China, probably worth a few dollars but not more.

Do not buy from this Company..Total rip off. I ordered over $400 worth of their clothing. It has been 8 weeks and I have still yet to receive anything. Each time I email them they come back with the same auto-generated message that I should give it some time or that I should check with my local post office. I went to the Post Office only to find out that the product had been missent to the Netherlands..I gave them the tracking information from the post office to which they replied that sometimes the product gets held up in other countries because of Customs and referred me to their website regarding their shipping policy saying that they are not responsible for delays in shipping...I tried to explain that this is not a delay but the product was not sent to the correct address or "country" and asked for a refund..I have been now told told that unless the product is returned to them that I cannot get a refund....How the heck am I going to be able to get the product from the Netherlands to return to them? ugh! Please don't buy anything from this company, I beg you.

Pantalons de très mauvaise qualité, finitions lamentables, fils qui dépassent. Ce ne sont pas des produits italiens. C'est une tromperie totale. Ai commandé taille M, ils m'envoient taille L.
A ne rien y comprendre. Site à fuir absolument.
Piètre qualité des produits, finitions lamentables.
Ai contacté l'entreprise, ils me proposent de recommander la bonne taille en payant, de nouveau, un comble !
Par ailleurs, pas d'étiquette sur la composition du vêtement et sur le code international d'entretien des textiles, ceci est illégal dans l'Union Européenne !!

I’m extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the clothing from this company. I purchased a pair of pants for $54.99, and the fabric felt cheap with a complete lack of attention to detail. When I requested a refund, I was offered only 50% back or told to return the pants to Italy, which is simply unreasonable. Don’t be deceived by their attractive website and polished model photos. This business is not worth your time or money—avoid at all costs!

Bought off Instagram ad. The quality of fabric was awful, the cut and fit were poor. They were cheap Chinese goods sold as expensive Italian ones.
I tried to return them, the company discouraged me by saying it had to be sent by tracked mail to the USA. I had to email four times before they accepted my return request. They kept offering alternatives (discounts, an extra shirt etc.).
It took them a while to process the refund too!

I recently bought 3 polos, the advertising is misleading to be kind. These products are NOT Italian designed, They are NOT in house design. the quality is extremely poor! I also found the exact same products being marketed by several different brands for a wide range of price. I have also discovered the are 'off the shelf' product bought in bulk from a Chinese factory.

I returned my shirts to Dolci Lusso at a cost a modest cost of £15.50 and I will get a refund for the full amount of £109. Lesson learnt! Buyer beware !!

Non le produit arrive directement de Chine après 1 semaine et demi la qualité est absolument horrible le poids de du pantalon est de 292grs les coutures et sont très grossières des fils dépassent partout aucune doublure c est de la m…ePour ma part ils partent directement à la poubelle

Unfortunately what is pictured is not what you will receive the quality of the clothing is poor. You may want to think twice before ordering.

Keep away from this company as they are not a professional online company. There is no delivery commitment and no updates. I do not know the quality of the materials, as I have not received my order so far. I don't think this company can deliver quality materials. Please do not be trapped by their online advertisements.

Pure abzocke! Ich kann nur raten lässt die Finger davon…
Waren passen nicht! Waren sind defekt! Hier ist nichts hochwertig! Und dann kommt noch dazu, bei Defekten oder falsch gelieferten Waren, hast du als Kunde den Rückversand in die USA 🇺🇸 zu tragen und alles säuberlichst mit Bilder und träckingnummer zu dokumentieren….
Das Geschäftsmodell ist reiner Betrug ….

Sehr schlechte Qualität die Ware stinkt nach Gummi. Retour kostet 36 Euro der Service ist unverschämt und nicht nett. Die Größen stimmen vorne und hinten nicht. Finger weg

My item met my expectations, delivery service was good however the packaging was awful. The packaging was ripped and to big to fit in the plastic wrapper. Luckily for me I had some beautiful gift wrapping paper and a nice box to place it in.

Product presented a great quality. Costumer service was pleasant, however I received the product a week later, even though I ordered an overnight delivery service...
