Bestellung kam später als erwartet da die Lieferung über China erfolgte. Qualität 100% Polyester bei 30€. Für ein Hoodie im Sale ist das absolut schlecht.

Ich rate stark davon ab, bei diesem Shop zu bestellen! Der Shop wirbt mit guten Preisen, attraktiven Rabattangeboten und auch hochwertigen Produktfotos. All diese Aspekte sind jedoch nur ein scheinbares Konstrukt, das ein korruptes Geschäftsmodell im Hintergrund verbirgt. Die Lieferung kommt direkt mit Flugpost aus Shanghai, dauerte über 2 Wochen, enthält nicht alle Teile der Lieferung und vor allem entsprechen die Kleidungsstücke in keinster Weise den abgebildeten Produktfotos. Die Qualität und Verarbeitung der Kleidungsstücke fühlt sich billig an, der Schnitt entspricht nicht den Angaben im Shop und ist nicht akkurat. Als Konsument fühlt man sich dabei einfach richtig hintergangen. Noch dazu kommt, dass der Kunden-Support bei Anfrage einer Rücksendung eine langgezogene, irrelevant komplexe Konversation startet, um - vermutlich - so gut wie möglich die 14-tägige Rückgabefrist hinauszuzögern, damit man im Endeffekt auf der Spott-Ware sitzen bleibt.

Mein Paket ist einfach verloren gegangen und niemand scheint sich drum zu kümmern, stattdessen sollte ich ein Bild oder Screenshot mit der DHL machen,wo die mir sagen das Paket sei verloren gegangen.wie soll man ein Screenshot von einem Telefongespräch machen???

Very poor quality, and nothing is Slim fit as they advertise, a total scam don't waste your money like i did.

Placed an order by mistake. Asked immediately to cancel / refund it. I got an email the next day saying they had put it on hold to confirm i wanted to cancel. I've emailed 3 times since confirming/instructing the order to be canceled and not had a single response

I come from Poland I read this opinion and I don’t know what’s a problem people have with this Company becasuse I have 2 shirts and 2 sweaters and Im realy happy nice quality and size for me it’s perfect

Comme dit dans les avis précédent site a fuir malheureusement c'est quand on reçoit la commandé que l'on ce renseigne.
Qualité déplorable et SAV ne respecte aucune règle.
Commander un M reçu un L et me demande de débourser 20 euros pour me renvoyer ma bonne taille.

I ordered two trousers and one t-shirt from this company, which took over six weeks to arrive. When the items finally came, they were the **wrong size**, despite my providing proof of their error. The company then demanded **£25 to return the incorrect items**, which is entirely unreasonable given it was their mistake.

When I referenced consumer rights policies and requested a proper resolution, they stopped responding to my emails entirely. I had to consider taking **legal action** just to get my money back. I no longer want these products, but the company refuses to accept a return unless I pay the £25 fee.

This experience has been appalling from start to finish. Their customer service is **unresponsive** and dismissive, and their return policies are completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

Please reconsider buying an item from this store.. They provide great advertising on their items but as soon as I open the item and feel the fabric.. my first thought was TEMU brand.. not to mention the wrong size. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

Horrible company with an even worse shipping company. I found the item I ordered for much cheaper on shein. I never received the item I ordered. Why? Because the shipping company they use tired to deliver to my condo at 11pm when the doors are locked and have not tried delivery again. I have not been able to get ahold of the company either they ignore my emails and phone calls.. horrible stay away

Wish I'd of come here to read reviews before ordering, it's now been over a week since I ordered and I've still not got my items, customer support is very minimal and blunt, wouldn't recommend

Two weeks delivery, items without tags or any information what and where are they made. The quality likes and feels just like a plastic. Stay away if you want to save your time and money.

I bought their polo shirts which were nice, good quality and fit perfect. BUT I decided to buy a sweatshirt and half zip pullover, a huge mistake, cheap quality polyester BS, looks and feels cheap. Never again.

Didn't receive items, tracking stated delivered to garage we don't have. Company wants to charge half items price for reshipment when you can buy elsewhere for less.

Ordered 2pairs of cargo pants

The quality of the product is poor and poorly made in china with materials advertised and shown in the photos are clearly not the same quality.(same material used on the very cheapest shell suits )

I have worn both the trousers around 5 times and already there is fraying and stitching coming away at the seams.

The trousers are worth around £10 pounds not the £90 advertised at full price

Please please please never buy from this company!!!! Save your money this is not an Italian brand and instead is made of cheap Chinese material the sowing is not even correct on the sheaves and way to oversized or undersized DO NOT under no circumstances buy from this company please save your money and shop somewhere else
