Fiz uma encomenda e paguei no próprio dia, 20/06/2026.Quando fiz a encomenda os artigos estavam como disponíveis. No dia 09/07/2026, o estado da encomenda era: caminho.
Até hoje, 31/08/2026, nada recebi, tento contactar esta loja por email e via redes sociais e nada respondem.
Completa falta de consideração pelos clientes.
Não aconselho esta loja a qualquer modelista.
Mau demais para ser verdade.

Die Antworteten der Beanstandungen über E-Mail und Chat sind sehr langsam. Die Antwort ist immer sehr ähnlich. DModelkits ist immer noch am abklären mit dem Post Service .
Ich empfehle nichts mehr über diese Firma zu bestellen.

This site is a scam. I ordered the Ferrari 499p resin kit, I got a few responses from them when I inquired about shipping, then they started telling me they had shipped my product but it was held up by "tariffs", and it never arrives. They just lie, delay, and never ship to you. DO NOT order from them.

Je ne suis pas du genre à me plaindre mais je souhaite protéger tout futur client de faire une action qui sera regretée ultérieurement.
J'ai passé commande sur Dmodelkits et je n'ai jamais été livré, j'ai eu une communication après des relances en quantités pour m'indiquer que je serai livré selon leur CGV entre 30 et 45j depuis date de commande. J'ai joué leur jeu, au 46ème jours, je les ai recontacté pour savoir quand ils allaient alors me livrer, sans jamais aucune réponse (pour info, une commande de plus de 200,00€ d'un modèle en résine).
Assez au fait de mes droits de consommateurs, je me suis retourné vers ma banque pour opérer un cashback, mes fonds ont été recrédités quelques 2 mois et demi après ma commande.
J'ai depuis commandé sur Oupsmodel qui est beaucoup plus sérieux et investit.
Je vous déconseille sincèrement de passer commande sur Dmodelkits.

What an excellent website, with great products. However the service and response is terrible. Don't waste your money here.

Commande le 02 avril, le colis n' est jamais arrivé. Ils ne répondent plus aux mails, une bande de voleurs. Ne jamais acheter chez eux.

Still waiting for a refund of €75 that will never arrive. A terrible shopping experience. They pretend not to understand. First they tell you that the order will be shipped in a few days, time passes, you ask them, they tell you again that it's about to be shipped, then a few more days go by, you ask again, but there was a broken part, it can't be shipped, you have to reorder from the supplier. Then you understand, you give up and ask for a refund, and they give you a store credit, you ask them for it and nothing, you ask again and they say: oh, you asked for a credit, not a refund, now we'll refund you. How these people are in business is a mystery to me...

I have no words for this business. Bottom line is I ordered 3 items in December 2025 which were marked as "in stock". In Ferbruary I finally received a package which was one item short. It is now April 2026, I am still waiting for the missing item. The customer service is abyssmal. No help at all, just blank statements like "we'll look into it" or they don't answer at all. Please avoid at all costs

Absolute scam of a business, I placed 3 different orders 7 months ago and all I get is excuses that the orders will ship next week. I spent over 550 USD and got nothing in return. Pure garbage. I will file a complaint with the Portuguese Better Business and also will warn others on all their social media to never buy from them. A bunch of thieves, I don't know how they can be in business with all these horrible reviews and bad experiences from everybody. Shame on them.

This company provided a tracking number showing only “shipping label created,” but the order was never shipped or delivered. Customer support has been completely unresponsive for months.
After reading numerous similar reviews, it is clear this is not an isolated case but a repeated practice. I would strongly warn others to avoid ordering from this site.

ordered for 200+ euros beginning of december 2025. they do not respond and are not sending the order. Just a scam website

Total fraud! The store wasn't sending my order, so when I asked about it, they created a false shipping order to make it look like my items were sent to me! Ignored my request for a refund.

Absolute SCAM company. They sent a fake tracking number which showed shipping lable created, but never picked up. After a few weeks I emailed asking if they could look into it. They did respond and say they would. then no response to multiple emails for the next few weeks. I contacted the shipper they used and they confrimed no package was ever picked up. I filed a complaint with my CC company and they reveresed the charge and THEN I was bombarded with emails from the company telling me shipping takes a long time and please cancel the chargeback or they will stop delivery ( of items they never shipped of course) They kept sending the same tracking information to "prove" they sent it. and pushing me to cancel my chargeback. 100% scam company do NOT purchase anything from them!

I made an order there, not only the delivery took months (without warnings or explanations) but it also arrived incomplete. The customer service doesn't answer whether it's by mail or WhatsApp. I'm never gonna see my money again : do not buy on this website.

I pre-ordered several products a long time ago. When they finally claimed to have shipped them, they gave me a tracking code that didn’t work. It’s been over two months now, and I still haven’t received any proper response or update that makes me believe I’ll ever get my order.
This is the first and definitely the last time I’ll ever order from this store.

The worst online model store. I've been waiting for my order for over a year. They gave me a fake tracking number and they don't even answer my messages anymore. I want my money back!
