D'Luxe Prints Arvostelua 

Happy with the picture, packaging and delivery but it took a week to dispatch which is far too long. For that reason alone I wont order again as there are plenty of other companies with much quicker dispatch

I was a bit sceptical after ordering as I read reviews on here after we had actually ordered our prints.
After placing our order we realised we had chosen the wrong colour for our room. I emailed the customer support and also messaged using the contact tab on the website. I received a response quite quickly via the tab and was able to change my order before they were printed.
Order arrive as expected within the timescale given and we are really happen with our prints received.

The order was delayed. When arrived pictures have been in poor condition cut not straight. Some prints did not arrived at all and when contacted team there was no response even that automatic email received that someone will get back to ma in 24 48 HS. Would not order again.

The order has not been delivered for 20 days now.
I am sending emails and I receive no answer!!!

It seems that I will lose my money!
This is UNACCEPTABLE.
Very bad experience.

Where do I start? A week after ordering the prints we had to chase them to send the order (despite the most expensive delivery fee in the land). When we finally received them we were super excited to see what the prints were like. They looked like someone has used a low resolution printer in their bedroom. I think our printer could have done a better job. Literally the worst print I've ever seen. We returned the prints and could see they had been received a week ago. We had to prompt these pirates that we could see the return had arrived and they finally returned our money. Avoid at all costs.

Return customer. High quality prints. Quick delivery and brilliant price.

Item never arrived, have contacted the police and trading standards do not use this company!!!!

I made an order with Deluxe prints in July and with the offer of 40% off being advertised I decided to make a second order in August. What a mistake this was! I like to support small businesses and so I ordered 2 prints on August 25th. On September 7th my order had still not been dispatched so I emailed to chase this up. The owner replied and said she must have missed the order and would get it sorted the following day. The following day came and went so I emailed again on September 12th to chase this up again. I also sent a form through their website, a text and a WhatsApp message. The owner replied and said the order had been sent out the previous week. This was a clear lie as I had received no order nor an email to say the order had been dispatched. The
order was finally dispatched on 14th September and received 16th September. I honestly believe the owner would not have sent this order if I had not pestered her. She ignored my last message as she knew she had not sent the order and was in the wrong. Avoid this company at all costs, it’s not worth the hassle. There is too many other businesses selling prints that respect their customers!

Zero customer service

I made an order and received it on the 9th of sept, it had a crease in the poster, i want to arrange a return, i have emailed the company twice on the 12th & 13th of sept & contact them through a form on the website. No-one has reached out to me and an error on the order already is just awful, absolutely appalled and probably wont be able to get a return within the 14 days as no-one from customer service has responded.

really happy with my prints and they’ve really completed the space - great quality, quick delivery and great customer service

In the end a really expensive print and I had to pay high import fees from UK... never again!

Beautiful pictures great quality did take a little longer for delivery but all worth it

Item left on the 5th working day, but didn’t arrive until the 7th working day, almost too late for the birthday it was intended for. But was well packaged and of good quality.

I have not been notified about the additional taxes I had to pay for delivery (shipping to France)

Print arrived damaged. Have emailed and had no response.
