Can't give zero stars! Placed order and despite numerous emails stating order was being prepared or on its way, it never arrived. One noncommittal response from Customer Service and then nothing again. Had to flag transaction with bank to get money back. Do NOT use this company.
After all this still getting emails requesting review/feedback (probably automated, but still). Would not recommend

I received my print this week !!
I started a claim with my bank and then suddenly I got an email to say that the print had been dispatched - don’t know if it’s a coincidence but I got my print and that’s all I wanted.
Wouldn’t order again as took too long to come.

Wish I'd checked here before I ordered. No dispatch notice, until I chased, then it was apparently on its way, then it never arrived, and all emails being ignored. No refund. AVOID!

Wish I could give it a 0 but i can’t!! Ordered on 27th Feb and order still hasn’t arrived! Haven’t got an email saying it has been dispatched. Tried to contact them but email address bounced back and phone number doesn’t work! Avoid at all costs! Absolute scam. Getting a refund from my credit card company.

Awful communication. Their email address bounced back, their phone number does not answer or respond. Bank is being contacted.

Still haven’t recieved order taken 56 quid off me n. O emailing me back order was 6th Feb!

Order never arrived. Received an email claiming it had been dispatched but weeks later tracking still showed that parcel was awaiting collection. Initially they said it was down to Royal Mail and they would call them. After that they ignored all my emails and messages requesting refund so had to resort to a card chargeback.

Unfortunately my print has not arrived. Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. Sent numerous emails but they have not responded. Received a generic email saying it was out for delivery but a week later still nothing even though they said it was Royal Mail 24-48 tracked.

Absolutely appalling quality took ages to arrive and wasn even correct size for A2 frames for

I ordered 3 prints on 01/02/2025, had a message on 11/02/2025 to say the order was on the way but haven’t received my order & when I have emailed the company about my order the email has been undelivered so non the wiser as to whether or not I am still getting them.

I still don't have the item

Never received item. Have emailed multiple times and received no response. Payment has gone out and its been 3 weeks since purchase.

Took along time to dispatch, and then said 1-3 days delivery and still waiting for artwork!
Would not recommend

Placed a big order on 2nd February , paid extra for fast delivery. Still haven’t received them. Was informed my order had been lost twice. And they cannot locate it.

Customer service is terrible. Been waiting days to get a reply, no answer when calling the number or reaching out on social media.

I am now waiting for them to confirm I can have a refund. Will not be using this company again and do not recommend.

Still awaiting delivery of my posters. No responses received from any of my emails.

Excellent prints granddaughter loved them

the picture it’s not clear at all looks very cheap and it’s took a long time to receive it i’m very disappointed

Really lovely high quality print. Excellent value for money.
