Very disappointed my car was delivered…
Very disappointed my car was delivered today, I was just asked to sign, very impatient, was checking to make sure everything was OK, the car was dirty outside, the boot was soaking wet, the fuse box was left on the side. The gentleman was just about to drive off, had to call him back to put the fuse box cover back.

Excellent communication from start to finish and really caring staff who treated me kindly, not just my car. One particular lady understood my worry that my Fiesta might get written off as she knew they don’t make them anymore and she also drove one. She put a note for the technician explaining my worries and I got a call from him to reassure me it was all fixable and he described it as ‘a lovely little car’. All these things made a big difference to me - thank you all so much.
