Excellent service. From the pick up service. Both drivers phoned to let me know an estimated time of arrival. The first driver explained what would happen next .The garage kept me upto date with what was happening with my car and estimated day when my car repair would be completed.The car was dropped off to me. At a time that was convenient for me . Both drivers we're very friendly, very happy too answer any questions. Highly recommend. Five star review.

Lack of communication. Incorrect paperwork given stating I had courtesy car for 9 days longer than I had. Not told of further damage apparently found till after repair had been completed.

Such a positive experience with DLG. Very quick to collect my car and make the initial inspection. I was called and informed of the damages within 24hrs of them having my car. They fixed the damage and retuned my car within a week. They delivered my car back to me at a time and date to suit me. Even cleaned my car! Would highly recommend

Had an accident before Christmas, 2024 where the drivers headlight got damaged and my rear bumper was damaged. They kept the car for a month, and did do a good work on the body and repairs, however upon the return, the passenger headlight is malfunctioning. They took the car back and refused to accept liability. I was talked down to and dismissed when I raised my concerns. Cost of repair of Headlight could cost me from 1.5K - 3.5K, what is the point of insurance and getting the car repaired if it costs almost the value of the car to get fixed after the repairs when there was nothing wrong on the other side before the accident. Under their care my light stopped working and apparently 'not their fault'. The complaint is still being investigated by Darwin, still waiting for responses. This has to be the worst customer experience ever. Insurance premiums are on the rise, but when you need them any excuse to avoid liability!!

Very impressed with DLG auto services in Wednesbury! They did a great job of repairing my car after an accident, it looks like new! Excellent communication from them; I was regularly updated on the progress of the repairs which were completed a day before scheduled. They arranged collection and delivery of my vehicle, the whole process was very smooth.

The worst repair ever.
Around August 2024 we had a very minor rear end shunt which pushed us into a car in front as well on our Nissan X-Trail. A bit of paint scuffed off the back bumper but the front bumper was a bit more scuffed with the fog light being pushed in. Churchill online organised the repairs with DLG Wednesbury. Didn't get to speak to anyone at Churchill at all throughout the whole process but this review is about the shocking repair from DLG.

We had to wait over 4 weeks for the minor repairs to be carried out and when we got it back the rear bumper appears to have been polished up ok but the front bumber came back with loads of overspray and the fog lamp still hanging out. Worse still there was now further paint damage on the opposite side of the bumber in 3 places. Got the usual 'it was already there' response from the delivery driver but thankfully I had the sense to take a photo of all the panels and inside the car before sending off. This was because I read all the really awful reviews of DLG and wasn't going to take a chance. Eventually the delivery driver got the 'office' to agree to book it back in for repair. Couple of weeks gone by I had not heard anything so I contacted them myself, pleasant person on the other end sorted out a day to take it back in and organised a courtesy 'tiny' car. After another 2 weeks the car comes back to me on the back of a delivery truck. Checked the fog lamp and paint damaged and all done. Great I thought, then I spotted it. A chip on the wing. Again i am told it must have already been there so I showed the pictures of the car panel. i got a little fed up at this point as he is now saying that it will have to get booked in again and he cant take it away for repair there and then. Not having this rubbish anymore so i said forget it I am not sending it back again for more damage to happen.

Its now January 2025 and I have decided to wash the car. Washing it down with the same jet spray I have had for about 20 years and no problem with any other cars, and not too close to the car. Then I notice that the shiny lacquer has peeled away in 2 places on the original repair on the front bumper. I notice that there are lots of bad reviews and most appear to be about the paint work. What kind of idiots are they using that cant get the paint work done correctly. While inspecting the paint work I also discovered that they did not screw my front number plate on fully and it was moving around. That took me 2 minutes to fix!

I am now going to check my car in at my expense to the local repair center (Autocraft) and have the lacquer repaired. I simply refuse to let these cowboys near my car again.

I cant wait for your usual reply of ' Thank you for your comments we will contact the center so as to improve services' etc . You have posted that so many times in these Trustpilot reviews that obviously you have no intention of getting better.

Technician arrived on time and resolved the problem with the rear parking sensor within 15 to 20 minutes, brilliant service from DLG, will recommend as & when.
