DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. We are exploring a range of solutions to embed our environmental goals as part of our emissions reduction strategy, including using alternative fuels such as hydrogenated vegetable oil and energy efficient lighting. Good Service

My car for repairs was collected from home and delivered back after a week. My calls were answered straight away and the staff on the other side were very friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with the service they provided

Excellent service

Excellent service. I can't thank you enough for the good job you've done to my car. Everyone I was in contact with was very professional, polite and kind. My car was collected and then delivered as arranged. My car looks like new. Thank you everyone, you are a great team.

The communication was excellent
The standard of work was exceptional she looked like a brand new car.
The chaps who collected and delivered were really good too.
From a bad experience with the crash it has turned out to be a great experience to get the works completed. Thank you

Fantastic service.

Fantastic service.
My car was collected on a low loader so as not to affect my mileage.
Communication was excellent with every part of my repair.
Would highly recommend.

It’s an excellent service.

It’s an excellent service.
My has been repaired ahead of the time. The company provided a courtesy replacement car. They collected and delivered my car from my home address. As far as can judge after just few weeks the quality of the fix is very high.
