DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. We are exploring a range of solutions to embed our environmental goals as part of our emissions reduction strategy, including using alternative fuels such as hydrogenated vegetable oil and energy efficient lighting. Great communication from start to…

Great communication from start to finish. Outstanding work on paint work. I brought my car from new in April 2025 and was naturally worried it would not feel like new when it came back. In fact my experience and the quality of work made me feel like I had collected a brand new car.

Golf r repair

Ny car had accident 2024 gold r had few things replaced but making some creaking noises can defo tell its had accident so am I happy about repair it's not the same as it was but that's what happens after a crash I suppose never buy a car that'd had a bump

Very happy with results

Very happy with results. Very efficient and quick repair after an accident. They've even gone further to remove a large scratch from my car which otherwise I had to pay extra.
Very pleased and I will use them again if it's needed.
