You need to give yourselfs a pat on the back, you where fast, efficient and you kept me informed of the progress, everything that's required.

Shocking customer service and ability to plan ahead. Car was due back over 5 weeks ago. I've been extremely patient but constantly having to chase them for updates, sitting on hold and then them not calling back when they say they will is completely draining. Excuses are always waiting on parts or waiting on specialists so can't even give you a revised completion date, never any apology for the incovenience. It seems picking up a phone to chase their suppliers or update customers is just too difficult for this company.

total pleasure to work with yor team , no problems at all allway through the procedure of fixing my car ,

1st time in car fully road worthy drove over to show so they could preordered parts, car collected then not touched as awaiting parts on back order 3 weeks plus, went over and swapped over as courtesy car stank like an old pub

2nd time weeks later car re collected returned but sun roof blind not tensioned up after repair to panorama sun roof, plus loose wire on tail section, took it back to show Arranged recollection with a courtesy car from a other source .

3 rd time car collected courtesy car no show. Emailed DLG a wow they answered ( that was a first never reply to quite a few
Text contractors by Messages never answering the phone all documented)
They stated will case up ( according to hire firm this was first request, funny it was timed 10 minutes after my email to them.
Car blind now ok but returned but rear off side internal light lens broken, was advised but asked for car back as it was on back order?
So still not 100% repaired

Quick, efficient and with good communication from beginning to end. The standard of work was excellent.

The repairs to my car were carried out in good time, were pefectly done with minimum of fuss or delay. The courtesy car was excellent and I was delighted with the whole job.

Exterior repairs were good. Internal cleaning was poor.
