Great customer service, I received from DLG they collected and delivered my car on time and date they promised. The driver handled the car with care. The best part of the service which was great is the online portal which keeps me up to date with the process of my car and also call and text to keep me updated too

My vehicle was collected from my home, damage assessed, repaired and returned to ahead of the estimated date. The work was superb and the was cleaned and valeted before return. Communication throughout was excellent.

Brilliant service made the car look brand new again and it was quick, lovely delivery and pick up guy who was kind and always ready to answer questions, lovely staff over the phone

Everything was slow (1 week+) due to demand and their human errors, but having things eventually sorted is fine. For example, a photo of what the car looked like when I handed in vs. how it looked like when it was returned (missing parts, which they replaced later). However, they had told me the lights were working which they don't and I have asked if they would fix it or adjust the costs due to the error, yet I have received no reply for 4 months since they had taken my car, and I have provided plenty of time for a response.

Updated: I was finally contacted back after the review. The car lights were working upon giving them the vehicle, and they said it must have fused out when we received it as they did no work on the car (claiming it was not their fault). My dad, who also worked as a mechanic, said they may have broke it during assessment (taking apart the car and putting back together) since it doesn't make sense for the lights to no longer work upon return. It could have also been damaged by their transportation because, originally, there were missing parts upon return too (which they replaced later). We're disappointed that they are not compensating or replacing that, as the vehicle is not returned the same way we gave it to them.

The money (write off) issue is related to Darwin insurance and not the garage.

Another update: They made us buy the car back for £400 stating there's no issues and will pass MOT. We took it for MOT and it failed??? So they did Lie about the conditions of the car and taken the money. Now what do we do with it!? We would have never bought a broken car.

From the first call to inform me of a collection time, until the car was delivered. I received regular messages providing me with updates with the progress on the repair to my vehicle. They cleaned my car inside and out. It came back shiny and new. I'm really happy with the service I have received.

Fantastic service from the point of the car being collected by a lovely chap to delivery once all the work was completed.
We were kept up to date with all aspects of the repairs required and expected time scales.
