We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. All went well till my car was dropped…

All went well till my car was dropped off, back wiper water wasn't working, had to go back in my own time, was fixed quickly but no reason or apology was given.

Car poorly repaired

Car poorly repaired. Needing to go back to address rippled paintwork and reset poorly fitted front grill. Also other paint work when care not taken when sanding.
I have no issues with communication and customer service .

Faultless efficient service

Faultless efficient service. Car ready 2 days early. Kept informed via text throughout. Every interaction was faultless. Spoke with 4 people - booking, dvla check code, drop off and collection. All were professional and efficient while being kind and respectful. Repair was as good as new. Car clean.

The staff from beginning to the end…

The staff from beginning to the end were excellent.
They kept me in the loop all the way through.
Very polite, nothing was to much trouble for them
This is the first time I have ever been involved in an accident, and was put at ease immediately.
I thank you all for a first class job all round.
