Could not fault them, they gave me information as neccessary. The Assessor informed me what was happening and how long it would take. In fact the repair was done and the car was delivered back earlier than expected.

Still waiting for a minor repair to my vehicle , needs a new clip on the battery after disconnect during attempted theft. They would have got 4 Stars from me if this had been done. Only a minor inconvenience but enough to make my experience far from perfect.
