Brilliant repair service. They collected the car, stress-free, work was done so quickly within a week and then car was delivered back by a very friendly man named Konrad who also provided some very helpful advice. Can't fault from start to finish. Thank you

After someone drove into my door in a car park my insurers nominated DLG as repairer. Their initial communication was fast and exact, the next day after the accident in fact. The car was collected from my address when promised with a phone call to announce exact arrival time for collection. There is a web site that DLG use to allow you to check updates which was completed and the car was returned to me three days earlier than anticipated again with text and calls to advise more exact timings. Work was completed as agreed with minimal fuss. Something like this, which wasn't my fault, was a total nuisance but to be fair the organisation of work was relatively hassle free from my perspective.

Absolutely amazing staff. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Always was updated with progress of my car repairs. Car was fixed even earlier than promised. Amazing work.

Communication was excellent in terms of reporting the issues with the car, to the prompt repairs and its re delivery in great condition. Very impressed with their level of service.
