DIY Spare Parts Arvostelua 

Ordered a Hot Air Gun element on 4th August from VisionSpares (trading as DIY Spare Parts), apart from initial order acceptance, no communications from them until i sent a e-mail and 2 x web requests to them , then they responded on Saturday 14th August to say "chasing your order on a daily basis and hope to have it dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation once your items have been dispatched " , then today 16th they just Cancelled my order, refunded my money, but absolutely NO reason given, very poor , will never try this Company again.

Ordered my part on the 27/07/21 and still waiting. tried calling but just get cut off each time. emailed them through their website as this appears to be the only way to communicate with them and finally got a very vague no reply email stating they will simply let me know when the part is being dispatched. How long could this possibly take?
21 days later and i'm still without my spare part meaning i cant earn any money with my machine.
Very poor company to deal with and judging by other peoples comments they have not employed any more call center staff. It does feel like a scam of a company but i sincerely hope not.
Just some communication wouldn't go a miss rather than being left completely in the dark. at least this would give me the opportunity to shop elsewhere.
Very disapointed in their performance and customer care.

I read poor reviews on this company so a bit careful with ordering with them but I must say I have had positive results and Jonathan in parts department was very helpful and sorted my order with no problem at all Thank you will have no hesitation in using them again

could have been more stars if initial communication issues did not prevail. promised parts have now arrived and did get updates by email. initially thought this was a scam but turned out to be legit business. most people are on scam alert these days, this creates an urgency or impatience with purchasers to be able to find out the eta of goods ordered. result is that comms with seller can be critical. business model is good in that online diagrams are priced + are OEM + easy to order. but badly let down by serious communication issues ie: tele+email. this is something that needs addressed by the business either by staffing or tech help.

I was a little hesitant when I couldn't get through to them but after Jon explaining how busy they are and getting my order sorted I can happily rate this company, will do business again!

Cannot fault the service. I needed to source a wiring loom for a robotic lawnmower charging base and it was a minefield of slightly different connectors. Jon was a huge help in contacting the manufacturer and sending various parts diagrams until we found the right piece. Hugely helpful, responsive by email and swift to refund when the incorrect part was supplied.

ABOVE AND BEYOND,
Can't be faulted, needed a gearbox return lever spring for a self propelled MOUNTFIELD and was told by other companies it only comes with the gearbox. Andy went above and beyond without being asked and tracked a spring down and had it shipped to me direct. Amazing when you weigh up the price of a gearbox to a spring ! Thank you all very much.
