DIY E-Liquids Arvostelua 

They don’t fulfil orders correctly and the customer service is terrible, they take days to respond if you’re lucky enough to get a reply! I recently contacted them as I was missing a few items from my previous order (contact about this issue via WhatsApp was ignored) and my most recent order, they took a few days to reply where I was told I’d receive a refund it’s been over a week and I haven’t received a penny. Terrible company to order from online and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t bother ordering online from here, there are better places that actually send what you order!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
As seen from previous reviews, when you make an order there is no means to contact the merchant! No one gets back to your calls or emails! It’s like contacting a ghost!! I had to contact my bank to get the money back

- I placed an order two weeks ago with nothing delivered
- No one gets back to my NUMEROUS emails
- Their telephone is just for appearance, it never works
- I even got their whatsapp, no one replies to my messages
- Courier claim they never dispatched the items to them and only the label was created!

Very dodgy and manipulative company! AVOID!

Lost parcel... yes they replaced it but it was many days later I received it. Secondly I had too many bad vapes from here the 'Mana Sticks' claim to be up to 600 puffs but I got no where near that out of them, some barely over half of the 'up to' quoted. I am wanting a replacement for a more decent product, but was told to return the used sticks but most of these are obviously thrown away... and who does this actually benefit. They literally have the chance to resolve this before they lose my business, and all my friends and family's too!

Have ordered quite a lot from this website but last order a bottle of juice was missing only a small one but enough to not trust this company anymore despite emailing and getting no response so i will take my money elsewhere in future.

I have ordered previously from this company with no issues and have been impressed with the goods I have received. However, I made a large order two weeks ago and still haven’t received the items I ordered. They took the payment immediately but when I log onto my account with them the tracking information is not yet available.

I have emailed the company 4 times asking them to inform me where my items are or to refund my money and have had no reply!

I think this is really bad customer service and it is such a shame as I have had a positive experience dealing with them until now.

Please let me know where my order is or refund me the money you took on 18th November!!!!!!

10/10 shop bought 3 bottles 1 100ml and 2 50ml and one of the. 50ml was upgraded for free to a 100ml and it was fast shipping and great service will be ordering again

Order the mystery 40 vapes only 18 in Box and there were meant to be up to 8different types of disposable vapes there's not phone soon as I check the box no answer so email and there was 4 of them only 500 not 600

Terrible organisation if you can call it that. Placed order, paid for it then nothing. Tried calling, e mailing multiple times without any reply. No vapes arrived. Now having to claim my money back from my card issuer. My recommendation would be to never use this company. Complete scammers. No doubt he still won't reply after seeing this review either.

Ordered from them before and everyhting went perfectly. I ordered a second time and my order was left as “processing” for multiple days. Emailed them 3 times with no response.

Terrible customer service (non existent). Invalid tracking number - I paid for next day and a week later, nothing. I have telephoned, left a voicemail as well as emailed - nothing. This leads me to believe that this company is nothing but a SCAM. I brought and paid for £126 worth of vapes and received nothing for it! Scam scam scam I’ll never be buying from this company again. I can’t believe I’ve lost £126!

UPDATE: I received my order after a week had elapsed. I eventually received an email saying my next day postage would he refunded. This has not been done.
STUPIDLY, I put another order in 3 days ago and so far I have had no despatch notification. I was stupid for ordering again as process and despatch of my items have been incredibly SLOW and so called customer service do not refund you what they say they will.

Slow delivery ( not the delivery companies fault) and diabolical customer service. After my stupid decision to order a second time, arrives, I swear I will not be ordering ever again. I guess I was stupid for giving a second chance.

Their website and claim of ‘excellent customer service’ is a load of BS! Just a collection of words with no actions!

I ordered yesterday and just received my order today. Excellent service. Also when they didn't have a flavour in stock they called straight away to sort it so I still got my order next day delivery.

Paid for next day delivery won't answer calls or emails delivery never showed up but says delivered not happy poor service

Been trying to order from their website for hours but it keeps going unresponsive
Clearly, this is a one-person operation without the technical knowledge to operate a load balancer so I'd be very concerned as to whether they understand the details of the products they are selling, especially the mods they sell
Definitely avoid this company as they're a clown outfit

Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT purchase no delivery, chasing refund for couple days get told 24hours! And nothing!! Customer service is poor!! Go to other vape companies who will treat you better.

Place order for next day delivery 5 days ago no reply or answer phone never agen

Paid for a elux legend, and 1-2 day delivery which costed around £18, double than what a elux should be but I was happy to pay the price. The elux came in the post with the juice splattered everywhere and it not even working with no blue light as well as the paint of the elux peeling off it was something I’d never seen before lol. I emailed them pictures and now have replied to me in less than 24 hours.

Took a while for them to sort a problem but they did in the end! I won’t use any other website so glad they resolved the issue 👍

I make my own juice for my vape and order from DIY E-Liquids. By far the cheapest I've found when compared to other websites.

New flavour concentrates are added all the time, adding to the wide choice they already have.

Delivery can take from 2-3 Days once they have dispatched the order. If you order over £35 you get free delivery.

Ordered a few times and never had issue, definitely recommend.

Contacted this company re trade on future orders waited days for responce when it eventually happened very disappointed promised to sent me a price list after asking about volumes from me when gave them the details nothing recieved re contacted them on mobile no called from no answer left a message no responce so it look s like this large concern is not interested in small frys like mine very unprofessional to say the least

I had seen the deal of 10 x 100ml shortfills for £25 and I was a little sceptical. My daughter and I both vape and go through lots of juice so I thought I would get some and split with her. They arrived in good time, well packaged too. I obviously haven't had chance to try all flavours but I opened the bubblegum first and it is spot on. I love my grape and lychee flavours so I'm looking forward to trying them.

I'll definitely be making another order and I have recommended to friends and in a vaping forum.
