Having received quotes of around £950 I decided to have a go at my own conveyancing as my needs were relatively simple. With a combination of Land Registry guidance docs and AI I completed the forms ready to post. It was only when I did the online verification via id5.co.uk that I found out about this DIY conveyancing service. I decided to use it to check my own version of the forms. It was so easy to use. In no time I had professionally completed forms printed out. Comparing them to my originals I found 2 mistakes in the originals - which would have incurred extra costs and hassle/rejection by the Land Registry. Ashame I didn't find this service on day one. I definitely recommend it to other DIY conveyancers - to get your request forms right and save a decent chunk of money. Also, the solicitor at id5.co.uk (used for id verification) was very efficient and friendly.

This service was excellent and we received all the documents by email same day with paper copies by post the folowing day. It did what it said on the tin. The house was being bought by a defered payment by our grandson which needed a Contract, which is not within the remit of diy-conveyancing. George helpfully used his separate law company to prepare the Contract (including a CH1) as an extra and the cost of this was very reasonable. We had a few questions and George was always available to provide answers and he was very helpful. We would highly recommend him.

Straightforward, easy to use website, prompting me for all the information I needed to complete my AP1 and TR1 forms, producing these documents duly completed, plus draft ID1s and ID3s for signoff in both Word and PDF formats. Did the trick.

I came across the D.I.Y conveyancing website while looking for somewhere that would help me with removing a name from the title deeds of my house. I had previously approached a local solicitor who had quoted an extortionate fee for their services. Fortunately I found this business which is owned by George. For what I think is quite a reasonable and affordable fee, he has prepared and professionally printed my conveyancing pack in readiness for me to send to Land registry once I have filled in the required information.
