Lovely company. I paid for fast track and they were a tiny bit late so they sent me 5 copies of my certificate for free and refunded my entire order!! Lovely people

Service was quick and easy certificate arrived very quickly.
I made a mistake and when I contacted them they were very understanding and gave me some goodwill by way of free postage and reduced fee to re order. I was pleasantly surprised and ost grateful.

Generated my own deed poll free on their website but then my printer broke, so ordered with the free delivery offer but it still arrived next day which was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the deed poll is excellent and better than doing it myself although was happy they had the option for me to do it for free if I wanted to.

Great customer service, had a bit of hick up getting a deed poll, long story short turned out I didn't used their website the 1st time. But Stuart was very helpful and direct me to their site where I could purchase my deed poll, I've ordered on friday and the delivery came on saturday. Very pleased with the paper too, very professional and customer focused team. I'm very pleased and greatful for your help 😊

Ordered a few weeks ago, arrived a couple of days later and it was accepted by passport office so no complaints, thanks

Website was really easy to use and my deed poll arrived promptly and in good condition. Much more affordable than other places and really appreciated discount for trans users.

Brilliant job. Needed it for my Passport.

The process was really simple and efficient. I was worried that it was going to be awkward and cumbersome, but it was the opposite! It’s also lovely to see businesses that support the LGBTQ+ community.

I am so pleased to be able to call myself Veronica with the help from this excellent site and service that I’ve received I can truly now be myself And it’s cheaper than you think, especially when you are transitioning, they have a special price for non binary name change

I was disappointed at first, as l began to think of wasted my money, but you answered me quickly, which is more than others l had approached. AND you sorted everything out immediately. I received the documents & thank you for the extra documents.
