Arrived soon after ordering. The paper is great quality and went up reasonably easily. The only niggle I found the sample too small and it didn't have the main pattern in.

Hi Fiona, we're very sorry to hear your order didn't arrive as quickly as you expected. We offer one flat rate for shipping of £6.95 and this is always sent on an express service (you would not have paid any more). As a small business we work around the clock to process all orders as quickly as possible, and can see that your order #24298 was placed on Mon 27th Jan, and then shipped the next day on Tues 28th Jan. Tracking shows it delivered the next day on Weds 29th Jan.
This was pretty fast, so we're not quite sure why you've only given us 1 star. Our customer service team are always on hand via email should you ever need further assistance.
We do hope to welcome you back to Divine Savages again soon.

I recently ordered the Portobello Parade wallpaper in Big Smoke. My order was processed quickly, and I received my wallpaper in the US within days of ordering. The color and pattern is even more gorgeous in person. I can’t wait to have it hung in my home where I can enjoy it every day!

I work in nterior design, my cleitns always get to it.
But.. be careful if you are not in UK, even for samples (which are shipped by letter) the customs fees are extravagant !
