We also really appreciate your feedback regarding the sample size. We do supply large samples, as close to A3 as possible, however as your sample design/colourway are cut directly from wallpaper rolls, the exact pattern placement can sometimes be outside of our control and may not always include the main feature of the design.

No refund after returning an order
I returned an order well within the permitted time frame, by a tracked service.
3 weeks later I still have not received a refund and zero contact despite emailing twice.
This was after we returned the product as the quality was not what we expected for the price.

I’m really sorry for the delay with your refund and, in particular, for the lack of communication while your return was being processed. You should not have had to chase us, and I completely understand your frustration.
We use a third-party warehouse team to process returns, which usually takes around 7 days from the goods being received back. In this case, the warehouse reported that one of the rolls had arrived damaged, so we requested photos in order to investigate further. However, we should have kept you updated throughout this process, and I’m very sorry that we didn’t.
Your refund has now been processed in full, including the shipping, and should be back with your original payment method very soon.
I’m also sorry to hear that the wallpaper quality was not what you expected. We work with trusted UK manufacturers and use the highest-quality materials and inks across our collections, so I’d genuinely like to understand what fell short on this occasion. If you’re happy to share any further details, I’d be grateful for the opportunity to look into it properly.
We’re very sorry for the delay and poor communication, and I hope we can restore your confidence in us in the future.
