DiviJet Support is awesome. I was unable to send form submissions in Divi ContactPro to CC accounts. The team resolved a small bug in a matter of a day.

Refund policy is a lie.

Had some issues with the plugin and requested a refund. Was promised a refund within 10 business days but nothing ever came. Further inquiries have gone unanswered. Beware!

Telefonisch geen contact gekregen en het was een Paypal betaling.

Jammer dat ik er zoveel energie in heb moeten steken om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Het is wel teruggestort nu.

Bedankt voor je bericht. Wat vervelend dat je de refund niet hebt ontvangen. Ik kan mij niet voorstellen dat je na 3 mails geen reactie hebt gekregen, kan het zijn dat je op een gesloten ticket hebt gereageerd? Credit Card refunds, hoewel erg zelfzaam, worden wel eens geweigerd door de ontvangende bank. Dat kijken we graag even voor je na.

Als je een mailtje naar finance@divi-jet.com kunt sturen met daarin je order nummer en de laatste 4 cijfers van je creditcard, dan zal mijn collega hier even naar kijken.

Great support made me purchase a life time license!

I had a specific issue with DiviJet auto translate and the whole team worked hard to get it solved. This efforts and the way the DiviJet team interacted with me, gave me so much confidence that I decided to purchase the unlimited life time license as the plugin itself is a great help and saves a ton of time.
I cannot confirm the bad reviews as my experience with DiviJet is exclusively positive. It´s all about patience and willingness to wait until things get fixed. There are no magic buttons you can click in order to solve a problem ;-) Additionally I like the approach that individual fixes are always part of a main release which keeps the sustainability of the implementation.

Refund policy is a lie

I purchased the plugin and it did not work correctly. I asked for a refund that was supposedly granted, but of course, no payment from them and no more response after several attempt to contact them.

Very deceiving, do not purchase.

Divi auto translate pessimo plugin, ha diversi bachi, l'assistenza ha cercato di risolvere alcuni problemi e oltre ad aver cancellato tutte le traduzioni, non è riuscita a risolverli.

Divi auto translate bad plugin, it has several bugs, the assistance has tried to solve some problems and in addition to having deleted all the translations, has not been able to solve them.
