Earlier this year I was reaching for a new inventory management system for my auto dismantling business and i came across Dismantly on Instagram and i decided to message them. They responded right away, asked me to hop on a video chat and the rest was history. We’ve been with them for about 6 months so far and haven’t had one single complaint! The team over there is always around when a problem arises. They are super quick to answer any question you have and they’re constantly updating the software! Unlike the old yard management companies out there, Dismantly is constantly evolving and implementing features to better help the users and flow of the work. I’d like to give out a recognition to Calvin as he’s been one of the main contacts for us and really helped us make the switch from our outdated software to theirs. Couldn’t be happier working with these guys. Not only has the software been a big help for us with our inventory and day to day operations but it really increased our eBay sales significantly with their APIs. Cant wait to continue this relationship with them and see where it takes us in the future!

Dismantly is very prompt to correct any issues and receptive to any changes we recommend. Yes, there are some bumps in the road, but when you are dealing with friendly, professional people like them who are passionate about their product, it makes life much easier. A must need for anyone in the wrecking industries

Started using Dismantly as our main software for our car parts business. No complaints the experience has been great and the support team are also onto it whenever I’ve had any questions. Very modern design compared to other systems I’ve used. 100% recommended for any car parts business / vehicle wreckers

We agreed on $1,000 per month, and I paid for three months in advance. Within a few days, I started experiencing problems.
The ability to make changes directly on eBay was limited, and everything had to be managed through their app. I also didn’t see the AI functionality I expected from their claims. In my experience, the tool required me to assign variations manually and then filled in certain fields based on rules I configured.
The app was extremely slow, sometimes taking more than five minutes to load. Restarting it was also difficult, and I occasionally encountered problems at the login page.
The biggest issue appeared after I listed parts from a couple of cars: vehicle compatibility information was missing from the eBay listings. This is a critical feature for selling car parts. I gave the team time to address it, but the issue remained unresolved.
When I raised these problems, they told me they had many customers and that nobody else was complaining. That response made me feel dismissed and left me with the impression that they were blaming me instead of addressing the issues I was reporting.
I politely requested a refund for the unused future months because I no longer wanted to use the app, but they declined.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise testing the tool thoroughly and asking for a free trial before paying in advance.

I subscribed to Dismantly and paid 3 months in advance. At first, the support was responsive, but whenever I raised issues or requested features that were supposed to already exist, I kept receiving promises without real action or improvement.

In my opinion, the platform is overpriced for what it offers. Many other platforms, such as 3D Sellers, provide similar or better functionality for a much lower cost. I also found the subscription pricing inconsistent, as I became aware that other customers were offered significantly lower prices without clear explanation.

The biggest issue started when I continued pushing for improvements and mentioned that I would leave the platform if things did not improve. Shortly after, my account was disabled, and I was suddenly asked to pay “migration fees” that were never mentioned at the start, nor included in the contract or subscription terms.

What concerns me most is that they refused to provide access to the data stored on their system, despite it belonging to my business. This created serious operational issues for us.

I would strongly advise businesses to be cautious before committing long-term. Since the company is not UK-based, resolving disputes or taking legal action can be far more difficult, and unfortunately this seemed to reduce their willingness to handle the situation fairly.
