DataOngoing Arvostelua

Kyle and the team are all about taking care of the customer and making the process easy for non-technical people to understand...thanks Kyle for the invaluable help you gave our company!

Great to work with. Helped to understand how the program worked and how to tailor it to my business.

Very driven and dedicated to goals, improving experiences and customer satisfaction. Easy to work with.

Kyle and his teams commitment to seeing projects through to completion is second to none. Very impressed.

Kyle and his team were highly recommended to us by another company that had just implemented Netsuite.
They are very knowledgeable, organized and detailed, assisting us in resolving many of our Netsuite issues.

Kyle at Dataongoing was very knowledgable and able to complete my project very fast. Will definitely use them again.

The DataOngoing team is not only wonderful to work with, but they are a fantastic resource when it comes to making all of your NetSuite dreams come true. They have taken all of my ideas to streamline processes and brought them to life. Super responsive and organized! I will definitely continue to utilize their services as our ERP wants/needs continue to evolve.

Kyle and Data Ongoing has always been very responsive and timely for any issues that have come up. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful and has worked very professionally and efficiently in all of our Netsuite needs. I highly recommend Kyle and Data Ongoing for any needs that one may have - cannot beat the response time and expertise.

Kyle & his team are knowledgeable and fast in tackling any issues. They've largely been successful in implementing our Netsuite processes with a little known and technically odd 3PL software company.

The team worked hard to ensure that each item was resolved that came up during the project for our client.

A few items that would need to be improved: 1. There was a lot of back and forth because the scope of the project wasn't 100% defined before certain things started. 2. There also felt to be a language barrier to communication with specific team members which sometimes caused misunderstandings during discussions and emails. This led to longer periods of things not progressing smoothly.

Otherwise, the team was professional in trying to complete the project for our mutual client and working with us to get things working.

My company implemented NetSuite about 2 years ago and we've had many functional improvement, data, reporting, etc requests each month since. Kyle and his team at DataOngoing LLC have assisted and multiple projects for us, in a timely manner and well organized with much communication. the work they do for us is amazing and we appreciate it all. I highly recommend DataOngoing for any type of needs within NetSuite ERP! thank you

Had a report created for NetSuite. The report is everything that I was looking for. Did have some hiccups along the way, but nothing more than I would expect when it comes to computer programing.

I had a Netsuite problem that seemed to be getting worse by the day. Kyle was very patient and thorough in analyzing the situation, came up with a solution and impeccably turned the situation and data around. He executed the solution flawlessly, promptly, and with great organization. I would definitely work with Data Ongoing again and would highly recommend them for any Netsuite needs!

DataOngoing knows Netsuite well. I could tell that threy had deep knowledge to offer with our Netsuite problem.

The DataOngoing team believed in my ideas, made them a reality, and custom built a solution, even though the native system I was using did not have the capability.

Working with DataOngoing is great they delivered their development work on time and ahead of schedule!

Kyle & Team took the time to thoroughly understand our challenges, offering simple and practical solutions that exceeded our needs in a cost effective manner. Where we approached them with elaborate plans, they proposed simpler solutions that delivered the same results.

I have worked with Kyle on a few initiatives. I have been continuously
Impressed with his/his teams professionalism, work ethic, & ability to consistently deliver results.

Kyle and his team have proved that they have the ability to define problems while relying on intelligence, experience, & his/their network to come up with swift resolutions.

I highly recommend working with Kyle and the DO team.

There are many challenges when launching a new company, and DataOngoing was critical to our success over the first two years of business! We turned to them as a trusted advisor for all things technology related, and they have allowed us the focus on growing the business while they drive the tech strategy. We’ve launched a new website, eCom portal, company email, and numerous other projects that impact our business.

We needed a 3rd party to supplement our NetSuite development needs and Kyle and the team at DataOngoing has been top notch, often responding to and addressing complex workflow, scripting, and SuiteConnect data access issues faster than our dedicated ACS team at Oracle. Highly recommend.
