Highly recommend Discount moving
My experience with Discount Moving was extremely positive. I contacted several moving companies, and Discount Moving was one of the first to respond. Roman came on-site right away to provide a free estimate for packing, the move, storage, and the return delivery. We needed to empty our entire basement, including the garage, family room, bathroom, and cold room for renovations, so it was a big job,
Roman was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. He responded promptly to all my questions and emails, and he was always accommodating of our situation.
On packing and moving day, the team—Daniel, Gena, Ilya, and Sergei arrived on time and worked quickly, professionally, and with great care. They were efficient, polite, friendly, and clearly experienced. I wasn’t sure what size of storage unit we would need, but thanks to their expertise, they recommended the perfect size. They also overestimated the moving time and proactively credited us the difference, which shows how honest and trustworthy they are.
Roman and the entire team have been wonderful. Thank you so much to everyone at Discount Moving, especially Roman, Daniel, Gena, Ilya, and Sergei. We will definitely use your company again and highly recommend your services.

Notre équipe prend toujours le temps de bien emballer, protéger et manipuler chaque meuble avec attention. Cela peut parfois allonger un peu la durée, mais c’est justement ce souci du détail qui nous permet de garantir un service sans bris et sans mauvaises surprises. La sécurité et la satisfaction de nos clients passent avant tout.
Concernant la langue, nous comprenons très bien votre remarque. Tous nos employés sont des Canadiens qui offrent un service professionnel en utilisant l’un des deux langues officielles du pays, le français ou l’anglais. Même si certains sont plus à l’aise en anglais, ils font toujours preuve de respect, de courtoisie et d’un grand professionnalisme. Nous nous efforçons également d’avoir dans chaque équipe au moins une personne pouvant communiquer efficacement en français, et nous continuons à améliorer cet aspect.
