Rip off. Only sent 1 monitor when I bought dual monitors and the computer doesn’t even work.

I ordered an up computer , from discount computer, on the wal mart website. It arrived early and very well packaged. Everything was in perfect condition. All connections went well.installed Windows activation code. No problem. All functions work great. Very happy.

When calling in to get information on computer I was interested in, was placed on hold then told that some one would call me back. Several times this happened and still have never received a call. I did order on line, received yesterday in the evening. Left a message about computer monitors one is bad. And there has still been no reply back.

Monitor is old, clunky, and did not come with the appropriate adaptor to connect to PC bundle. PC is slow and keeps crashing even prior to any software downloaded.

I have one of these already and it works beautifully - amazing for the cost.

I couldn't even tell that any of my equipment was refurbished. Lightening speeds atva lovely price, thank you all for the extra attention with my order.

They have responded to emails in a timely manner. If all their refurbed computers are as clean as my first order I will come back to them. Fast & friendly service.

Horrible experience. I ordered a keyboard and mouse combo through Walmart. Even after 15 days the item is not delivered. I tried to contact them through email. They didn't do anything to refund the money or deliver the item, but sent me 5 or 6 mails arguing that the item is delivered. The tracking number shown in Walmart website and the tracking number they sent are different. I lost my money. Still working on it.

I called this company twice. The first call was put on hold for about 30 minutes, then is just disconnected. The second time I called, I held for approximately 30 minutes and finally knew what their drill was and hung up. I finally called Walmart where my call was taken immediately. The kind lady told me she would arrange for a full refund and issue a Shipping label. The shipping label was in my email box before the call was completed. I am surprised Walmart contracts with this company.

HORRIBLE! I can not emphasize this hard enough.

1) The very first time I got my laptop out of the package and plugged in, it wouldn’t even start... giving me a ‘Missing Boot...’ error.
2) Called the company, after 20 minutes wait... I got through, only for the line to go silent and then eventually it disconnected the phone after 15 more minutes of waiting for anything.
3) Called again, another 15 minute wait. Reached someone, and without any questions or suggestions on how to correct, they just say, “We will send you a return shipping label, send it back. When we receive it, we will send a replacement.”. They then blamed it on the transit company for damaging the computer. Please note: There was absolutely NO damage on the box, not even a scratch - the laptop was in 2 different kinds of bubble-wrap inside and very securely protected and not able to move within the package at all. This was NOT caused by damage in transit.
4) While still trying to get the issue figured out (VERY frustrating)... the line again goes silent, and hangs up after 15 minutes of waiting for anything. They didn’t bother calling me back, even though I asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge.

I sent the computer back for a refund... there is NO WAY I will be taking a replacement computer, and will NEVER order from this company again. I highly suggest everyone thinking about using this company reads this review before doing so.

First I have been on hold for 4 hours, I have sent 3 emails. no response. I purchased the Dell Optiplex 780 with 22" dual monitors from Walmart.com. Each monitor work independently but when I use the splitter and connect them to the graphics card like the instructions tell me to I get a message that says there is no VGA signal from your device. So either the splitter is bad or the graphics card is bad. However, I may never know since I can not get a hold on anyone from this company.
