Impatiently Waiting

Received email the day after order was placed saying order shipped. Great. Week later order has not arrived or even really been shipped. Spoke twice to representatives and still no merchandise, no package in transit.

Easy and great price for what i am…

Yea it was easy and great price, But then i never received what i got and took forever for them to tell me that they were going to refund me and have not recievied the refund. Also i had to go get a monitor for my work to work from home. It was crazy

I give it 5 stars because of the…

I give it 5 stars because of the computer itself. The only problem i had was that the keyboard was defective. Other than that, i got way more than i expected. This is a great deal people! Im happy.
Although, you shouldn't use FedEx to deliver your merch. FedEx sucks.

Currently I am rating this as a 1 star. They ordering was easy, shipping was fast however the dual monitors arrived today and they do not turn on. I have left a message on the customer service line voicemail. I will rate this as a excellent once I have two working monitors as ordered

First they didn't want to refund my…

First they didn't want to refund my money when i was within the 14 fast grace period (I was at 5 days)then only have me a partial refund, i had to call 9 times to finally get an approval from a supervisor to get my refund so i could buy another computer from them. The computer and price were great, but the customer service was horrible
