Cheap But Not Cheerful
Bought a Dirty Pro Garden Shredder seven years ago. It is still going but I have a small garden and use only about twice a year. Three main issues;
1) Hopeless for branches with leaves or other wet material as it quickly clogs. I now only use for stripped branches.
2) Strips of branch as long as a foot get into the collection box. I estimate about 10% of branches end up in the hopper longer than they should be.
3) Strips of branches also help clog up the entrance to the hopper. Clearing up the blockage takes about ten minutes.

Over 2 weeks wait for 1st available delivery slot!
Not impressed made a purchase through B&Q expected delivery 3 -5 days instead it has taken over 2 weeks to be dispatched & sent to me. It should arrive tomorrow after waiting all this time I do hope my order arrives and we have no further issues. If anything is wrong like damage or it does not arrive on the scheduled date I will go back to B&Q for full refund and order elsewhere. Had I of been informed delivery would take so long I would never have placed order via B&Q.

I don’t particularly like the brand…
I don’t particularly like the brand name and my wife likes it even less, however as far as quality is concerned these tools are up there with the best. I have owned a DPro leaf vacuum for ten years and it has been bang on it is nice and light but powerful and it does the job when sucking up and mulching leaves or when blowing them off the lawn. I also have a big DPro air compressor which is as good as any that you would see in a garage, powerful and has 2 air outlets they even sent it full of oil so it was ready to use. So I have been very impressed with Dirty Pro and they will be my first Choice of tools in the future.

I had a brilliant experience with this company, I ordered a drill press witch arrived next day fully packaged with no damage whatso ever, I had an issue with the drive belts that were supplied, I contacted the seller and this was taken off immediately! New ones have been sent to me.
The product it's self is very very good against the mere price of £104.
Seems very well made.
Very satisfied customer and very happy with the customer service and communication I received throughout.

Ordered a toilet through B&Q and this…
Ordered a toilet through B&Q and this firm where contracted to supply and deliver it.
They cancelled the order due to the fragile nature of the toilet and remote roads. I live just off the A83 on of Scotlands major trunk roads.
Very poor service.

An absolute joke and not a reliable…
An absolute joke and not a reliable company. They've sold us cracked toilet and keep rejecting my request for refund as they don't know what the issue. Their response time is ridiculous going to weeks with no response. I've shared photos and explained the problem and yet they're unsure of the fault. Stay away and pay more to save your time
In response to the sellers comment:
I have emailed you on the 13 April got first response on the 28th April
Then 2 weeks waiting time for the responses repeated with customer service saying they can't open my attachments.
I then got email 2nd Jun confirming you have issued full refund and then you emailed again same day you have emailed wrong person and I need to attach all photos again.
I have explained the fault and you have asked for a video. I have already purchased a new toilet and clearly couldn't leave cracked one for months so how on earth can I record leaking toilet now???!!!!

I ordered a couple of gun safes. Very good price. Slight issue with delivery but quickly and soon sorted. Not long after a key was broken off. I contacted Tom and he organised a replacement set to be sent to me. No charge and no issues.

I do not recommended this company to anyone, because you wait a very long time for the delivery you ordered,they lie that they were with the order but in fact no onewas there. One driver even demanded that I carry the delivered order myself because hi is in a hurry( the shipment weighed 50kg). I rate arrogance and lack of RESPECT for older people.

Product delivered with cracked…
Product delivered with cracked electrical housing making it not waterproof. Emailed twice, chat bot no answer for 4 hours and 16 phone calls to their number all no answer. No idea how you are meant to get issues resolved with them about a safety related issue. They will put a standard response on here I am sure but actually doing some customer service improvement would help in the first instance.
UPDATE
The company have contacted me once and then nothing until prompted again. Offering a £20 refund. No answer to formal complaints nor acknowledging their requirements under the Consumer Rights Act.
I did predict the stock answer and that is what I have got. Not their fault the damage was caused but absolutely no help to me after this including never being able to get in contact on the phone (32 calls). Nor anyone answering their emails.

My experience mirrors those of earlier reviewers. Firstly the product was delivered promptly. Then, on attempting to return it as my gun did not fit in the cabinet, nothing! I emailed as advised on Saturday 09/05. No reply. Having seen the reviews and the companies reply I emailed yesterday to the hotmail email. No reply. I have called every day since last Friday on multiple times within office hours, no reply. I think they don't want to give back customers their money for legitimate returns. It's underhand and despicable. Failing any contact this week I think my next option is a small claim.

Delivered quickly with no problems (hence the 1 star)but the item ( close coupled toilet ) was absolutely rubbish. The original plumber stated that he couldn't get it to stop continually dripping into the pan and so we employed a second opinion and he said the same, that the valve was faulty. Sent an email to see if that particular component could be replaced but have not received a reply. I couldn't put up with the constant dripping noise so I have had to pay for another toilet from a reputable company. Tryed phoning for days but no answer. Absolutely fuming with the lack of cominication and product quality. So a £129.99 toilet has cost a fortune with plumber bills and replacement.

Wow what a great experience today with the delivery/collection driver I opened the door to a great smile followed with courtesy and very polite driver he was absolutely brilliant, had a slight hiccup when my wife ordered me a gun cabinet [ wrong size ] we contacted dirty pro tools via amazon the problem was sorted very swiftly and with understanding, driver phoned when 10 mins away great service great seller in my opinion they are the Muttz Nuttz [ compliment ] thank you so much for all your help.

Appalling service or full on fraud
Ordered and paid for five gun cabinets over two months ago. Nothing has been delivered and despite trying to contact them daily for the past three weeks it has proven impossible to get any response whatsoever via email, phone or messages. I believe they are a fraudulent company. STAY WELL CLEAR!
