Well what can I say about this company!!
They turned up at a house I own this morning in Dudley, forced entry with a locksmith, saying they had a warrant to change the electric meter because none payment of bills, but they were in the wrong house! They had a warrant for the flat next door.

What made it worst was their representative, Daniel Walker.

He completely missed the point that he had illegally entered the WRONG property and was trespassing. He was very belligerent with me and calling me 'love' during our telephone conversation.
I was of course very angry that my tenant came down the stairs to find two men stood in his hallway with a warrant, but all Daniel could say was 'well we haven't damaged the door lock'!!
Fulmar Services Ltd this isn't good enough!!
At the very least Daniel needs proper training.
I found the whole thing very distressing so goodness knows how my poor tenant is feeling this evening. You should be able to feel safe in your own home..

Shame on EDF for using this kind of company to do such delicate work. I will of course be writing to EDF too

Absolutely disappointed with this company. They have been sending threatening letters claiming we owe a debt, yet have failed to provide any actual proof or proper evidence despite being asked multiple times.

To make matters worse, they are threatening to cut off a business’s electricity supply, which could seriously impact livelihoods, all while refusing to properly justify the alleged charges.

The handling of this situation has felt intimidating, unprofessional, and completely unfair. I would strongly advise other businesses and customers to be cautious and ensure they keep detailed records of all communication.

A company should focus on transparency and resolving disputes professionally, not using threats without evidence.
