Prices for pet medication are reasonable and ordering online was fast and easy. I was sent confirmation of my order immediately and when to expect my parcel to be delivered. It was despatched on 30/3/2026 and I received it on 1/4/2026, I was very impressed by the speed and ease of the whole process. Will definately use Direct4pet again.

Sat at depot for 48hrs saying the same thing out for delivery ! Contacted direct 4 pet oh its on its way get back in touch if you havent received it in 24hrs its already been 3 days !! Also the tracking number they gave after I emailed stated tracking not found - on hermes site . Just rubbish . Won't be ordering again.

I've had a subscription for a product that Direct4pet sells for a couple of months or so now and am very pleased with the experience so far. I receive plenty of updates on when to expect my next delivery and I'm very pleased to be able to re-schedule my delivery if I need to - and I have done so on one occasion.

It was easy to find the products I needed for my cat.
There was choices and products tailored to the pets weight.
The delivery was free which I appreciate and although hasn't arrived yet , it is promised to be prompt.
The professional approach to pet care, with a questionnaire to ensure safe administration of products is great, but I felt it would have been better if I had nt got to answer he questions twice ( i ordered 2 products at once)
