Avoid this company completely. Placed an order on their website on 20th December for a Christmas present and paid extra for express delivery.
Company doesn't respond to emails within three days as they state, and doesn't answer their phone (eventually it cuts off after 6 minutes 20 seconds of ringing). Eventually responded after credit card dispute raised and have fobbed off with promises of refund, then saying I need to go through Paypal (which I didn't pay via) to get money back, all while claiming orders aren't going through via website. Yet they've still got the website live and continue to change items on it, including putting an extra £100 on the price of the item I 'bought'. It's almost as if they are complete fraudsters....

If I could give a lower star I would, ordered a £300 pool and paid extra for express delivery, did not arrive, did not answer emails or the telephone, eventually got an email to say the website had an error for stock so they wouldn’t be sending the pool. They had already taken the money, they then said I needed to claim via PayPal protect to get my money back, why they couldn’t refund me I don’t know, by the time the investigation and refund was issued by PayPal everywhere was out of stock on pools, very disappointed and definitely would not recommend
